Tons of visits to fix an issue they didn't cause. Techs were very nice and helpful but the end result was another company just looking at my furnace and telling me what they could see it needed before Obie could fix the issue. I actually had the other company on the phone with the Obie tech here and you could see a light bulb go off on the Obie techs head when the other company explained what was going on with the system... Awesome customer service, just need more knowledgeable techs.

You will have a great experience if you choose Obie Comfort Solutions! They installed a multi zone ductless HVAC Heat Pump with multiple wall mini-splits. Before calling Obie I contacted a couple of other HVAC providers, but those companies were afraid of our project because there was an old mini-split already installed. But the Obie team was not afraid of the job. Jeff (first sales contact) and Gustavo (project manager) looked at the problem carefully, and clearly explained everything that had to be done for the job, and also to get the old minisplit working. Then their engineer team (Erivelton, Alexandre, Laércio, Dete, Saulo, Thiago) devised a solution to make it work! So now all are working (the new ones and the old). In addition, the office was very helpful with rebates and bank loans so we could afford to do the installation. So thanks to Priscila and Lia as well. Overall I give them an A+!

Obie comfort solutions did a great job installing heat pump for our house and removing oil tank and furnace. The are very responsive and effective. Team Oscar,Joabe, Erivelgtin, Gus, and Saulo made sure everything went smoothly and fine tune the system to our comfort level. Really happy with their service.

I moved to an old house with no central AC, I planned to upgrade my heating/cooling system, I was used to have heat pump as the sole source for heating/cooling and started to look for a HVAC company through Mass Save, after receiving 4-5 proposals from the different HVAC company, it was not easy to make a decision as there are so many choices and every options had pros and cons, I hired a HVAC professional to review all the quotations and leant that Obie Comfort is the one standing out, the initial installation cost is bit higher than other offers but the system design is much more cost-efficient for the long run. Obie comfort sales person came back to my house for a 2nd visit and spend time to answer my concerns.

On the installation day, the team led by MacGyver, Gustavo, and Oscar arrived on time, they planned their work very well and the team worked for full 5 days to duct my whole house and installed the heat pump, they cover up my furnitures and always clean up at the end of day ( this is so important for me) in the following week they came back to check if I am happy with the installation, I had some suggestions purely for aesthetic reason, they corrected it immediately. I am very pleased with the result and the project was much bigger than it expected but I am sure I will be happy when the hot summer is coming. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for a HVAC company.
