Pro Comfort Control AC & Heating Installation

I had a fantastic experience with Pro Comfort Care. My central A/C went just in time for the summer. Right from the start Alex and Ryan were professional and knowledgeable. They took the time to answer all my questions and explain my options. Due to my work schedule, I had a tight timeframe to get the work done and Alex and Ryan we able to get the stars to align to get it done. The installation of my ductless heat pump was smooth and each person was professional and careful. I am so grateful for the quick response and quality work.

I had a great experience with Pro Comfort Control! I had decided it was a good time to install a ductless mini split heat pump system because of the generous Mass Save rebate. I had one other offer, but was so impressed with Ryan’s knowledge and passion about his work, I decided to go with him… and I’m glad I did! From his office manager Alex, to his team of workers, I felt I was in good hands. They took time to answer all my questions and made sure to explain the entire process to me.
The work was done on time with minimal disruption to my house. And the best part is, the units look great…very modern and clean looking!

Pro Comfort was the most knowledgeable company that I spoke with regarding the purchase and installation of Heat Pumps/AC system. They provided detailed information on everything I needed, including the Brand, installation, warranty, service, price, usage, Mass Save loan details, etc. and more importantly the available Government programs that subsidized the purchase and installation. I thought I was only going to purchase a single unit, but I wanted to know if I could get more by taking advantage of the Government subsidized programs. I ended up getting a whole house system with 4 units for the same cost of a single unit. The whole process was painless from start to finish. Ryan was knowledgeable about the Mass Save programs and helped guide me through the process. They even providing the name of a Mass Save Energy assessment company that could provide a quick turnaround on the necessary energy assessment. They were able to quickly schedule the installation, showed up on time and finished installing within a day, and cleaned up after themselves. The electric/wiring was included in the estimate, and they are the only company I spoke with that included it. Also, the estimate was based on the equipment needed and not the difficulty level (which others factor in). Other companies charge extra for extra line length, line covers, etc. but not Comfort Pro. They don't change their price after quoting, as I have heard others do. They even take time after the installation to walk you through the basics of setting, running and maintaining the system. They are very responsive before, during, and after the installation. I called to have them check one of the units and they sent someone right over to take a look at it. They use quality products and don't cut corners. They had to run a line from one end of my house to the other and used a single line instead of multiple smaller lines combined. All the fittings are tightened to spec, and the line covers are excellent quality that won't get brittle in the sun and cold. The Pad the unit sits on is over a foot off the ground which I have not seen before. They were a complete joy to work with and I am glad I went with them, and I am sure you will not be disappointed if you use them as well.

I recently had my old boiler and water heater replaced by Pro Comfort Control. They were professional throughout the entire process. They answered any questions I had and were quick to respond to text messages. They took the time to explain my different options at our first meeting. They stayed on schedule showing up on time and working a full day. I will use them in the future and would highly recommend them to friends and family with confidence.

I had my aging gas boiler and standalone water heater replaced in February. Ryan and the team did a fantastic, timely install of top notch high efficiency equipment. I'm very happy with its operation. They went out of their way to make the installation as quick and painless as possible. It's been running great and I'm happy that the new boiler employs direct venting to use air from outside rather than drawing air from inside the house. The indirect water heater works great. It was easy to get the rebate too.

We contacted Pro Comfort Control to bid on the installation of a ductless mini-split in our sunroom. With many companies the person who shows up is essentially a salesperson and isn't as knowledgeable about the systems and the intricates of installing them...not so with Ryan. He was able to answer every question and explain why he was answering in a specific way related to the individual peculiarities of our house. The quote was very competitive and they use great equipment and materials. The Office Manager Alex was easy to work with in regards to scheduling and any additional questions. Installation was great and as an added bonus they smelled gas in the crawlspace while installing the lines and quickly replaced a corroded propane line for our hot water heater. You will not find a better partner for all your home cooling and heating needs.

We are very satisfied customers with the ductless heat pump system installed in our home by Pro Comfort Control. Ryan and his team did an excellent job in every aspect -- pleasant to work with, patient, communicative, answered all our questions, and came up with a beautiful system both inside and outside the house. We contacted Ryan & Pro Comfort Control when our furnace failed in January. Ryan responded quickly, despite being in a period of high demand, and suggested that replacing the furnace would be more cost efficient than fixing the existing furnace which was a.) inefficient and b.) at the end of its useful life.

Pro Comfort Control was able to schedule us for install a week in advance, which gave us time to apply for a heat loan and secure financing for both the furnace and a heat pump. Installation was prompt and we are very happy with the results. Ryan was great in explaining the system in detail and best maintenance practices.

We would highly recommend Ryan and Pro Comfort Control, and plan to use them again when we replace our water heater.
