Called Pro Comfort Control in a panic when I turned my heat on for the first time and it didn’t work and I was home alone with my newborn. They quickly prioritized me and got Ryan out within an hour. He carefully reviewed my furnace for repairs needed and restored the heat quickly. I was so relieved!

Ryan was recommended to be by a coworker and I couldn't be more pleased! He provided the service requested and did a great job. We within an hour replaced our spigot and reminded me to winterize them before temps freeze. I highly recommend, you are in good hands with him!

They were great; very upfront and honest and took the time to explain things to me so I could understand them. They were able to replace my gas hot water heater the same day. I needed someone urgently as it has leaked on my basement floor and I was desperate for a plumber. I was happy to only go about 4 hours without hot water. They gave me some options and the price upfront which was nice too. I am used to hiring hourly plumbers which I felt was stressful if it took a long time. Overall, very happy and they’ll be my go to from now on for any plumbing or heating repairs.

Used them to install a Mitsubishi ductless ac and heating system. I am so happy I picked this system and used them to install it. I was between two different brands and super happy I spent a little more for a Mitsubishi. My house is older and it didn’t make sense to install ductwork and we felt this was the next best option. It cooled the entire downstairs all summer and we also used it a couple times already for heating. Great system, professional workers and felt I got a great value.

We tried turning on our heater one day and the fan ran--but no hot air came out. Ryan arrived (for a same-day appointment) and discovered a small dead bird in our exhaust which caused the heating system's safety switch to trip.
