Rapid Response Plumbing and HVAC

I have used Rapid Response a number of times over the past few years. I was having no luck with plumbers when I first called them, as most plumbers are good but are in such heavy demand that I couldn't get them to even call me back.

These guys did and have been terrific. They have replaced my water heater and fixed my heating. They even changed a sink fixture when I couldn't figure out how to do it no matter how many youtube videos I watched. It was really simple but he comforted me in my lack of knowledge. He actually taught me what to do. Which is really cool.

So I don't know why there are negative reviews but I can only say that these guys have been better than great to me. And I would highly recommend them to anybody.

Called with what we thought was a plumbing issue. They were able to come right away and did a very thorough search for an issue. Turns out to not be a plumbing problem which led us to the tile issue. Thanks for your prompt and thorough inspection!

DO NOT USE. Customer service rep was kind but both owners were rude and terrible. We ended up cancelling our job halfway through.

Called about a dozen different places and they were the first to be able to send someone- very nice and helpful
