BnH HVAC was recommended to me through a mutual contact. Roberto was my main contact at BnH and he was great to work with. Roberto is up front and transparent about your heating and AC systems. He took the time to show me what was wrong with my existing gas furnace. When offering me pricing and options he was able to let me know which brands he recommends based on reliability. I was able to replace my gas furnace, AC, and evaporator coils for a competitive price. Payment options are flexible and invoices are provided for all payments. Roberto was able to complete all the work in 2 days with his crew. Roberto was able to help me compile the Mass Save paperwork for the high efficiency rebate, and he also helped me put in a new smart thermostat. The furnace worked very well throughout the winter keeping my gas bill a lot lower and the AC is working well now that it is summer. I look forward to having Roberto continue to service the units he installed and highly recommend him for any HVAC repair and installation.

Why does big company: BNH Plumbing park their vans in front of my house everyday? I wouldn't recommend this company to anybody. They keep their offices and work space in a run down house in a residential area and they bother everyone with their vehicles. Their employees are paid under the table. You get the picture.

Jose arrived on time (within 24 hours of when I called), swiftly identified the step I had missed in my attempt to repair my AC condenser, was courteous and respectful, and didn't try to sell me anything I didn't need. He also gave me some pointers about maintenance which I know to be very true. I've worked with many HVAC providers and plan to stick with BNH for all my future needs.

Roberto was very responsive. He gave me a time and showed up on time. Provided me several options to replace my failing hot water heater. He answered all my questions, explained all aspects of his decision making and provided me with the best option. He is very professional. When he left, we had a new heater and he left the area clean. His pricing was on the lower side. I definitely recommend him.

My HVAC was having issues and I needed to find someone that could help me .. in the middle of June .. in the middle of a heat wave. BnH HVAC was able to come out that same day I called, diagnose the problem, and fix it right away.

I called them early am after one of my outdoor ac units had stopped working overnight. They were very responsive, on site in a couple of hours with the repair completed in short order. And during a heat wave. Excellent business.
