JT was on time, professional, friendly, & explained all he had done on the Spring maintenance of my AC system. He showed me interior & exterior photos of the system which was very informative. He checked the thermostat I was having difficulty with & explained how to set it. His work was completed in a timely fashion, very neatly, using shoe covering inside the house. I give him 100% for his job with Obie Comfort Solutions.

I think I am lucky that I finally chose Obie Comfort from my 6 quotes of different companies. How can you do business in such a great way! Very quick response from my first call and then the technician Anthony came to my place on time. He looks young but experienced and knowledgeable. I just pointed at my AC and he knew what I was going to say and what the problem is. He explained everything I am concerned and gave me a proposal in two days. I am very happy with the first round estimation and evaluation. Then just in one week, today, I have my new AV, super quiet equipment with high efficiency. The installation team: Macgyver and his team members, they are amazing. (I am so sorry that my attic where they work is too hot. Poor working environment.) I guess he must have double majors : engineering and art. My condenser location is tricky and other companies’ design is not that good. The AC pipe will extend along my sidings and roofs and jump over the gutter. Look at the pictures that Macgyver did. Clean, and neat. They are artists, aren’t they? They are so professional and they clean up everything when they finish the work. Much cleaner than it was. Now I get my new AC just before the super hot week. I have already referred them to my friends and neighbors. Good staff, great service!

I just had the Obie team install my new Mitsubishi mini split. From the initial meeting to the actual install and training, team members Danilo, Gustavo, Priscilla, Lia were very professional. Special thanks go to Laercio, Alexandre, Saulo, and Thiago who absolutely knew what they were doing, and were the best representatives for Obie.

Obie staff is always polite and personal and helpful . I couldn’t be more happy . I’m definitely going to go over the service plans to choose . I am considering starting with the minimum since my unit is new and then progressing towards an exclusive plan as time goes on .

This is after the first time l used their service. Santiago Aguirre and Matthew Costa were on time and professional. They checked my water heater and explained the error code message to me and gave me some advices on the correct settings to a better use of energy. They were respetcful and helpful.

My technician was Santiago. Santiago was professional and explained his work throughout. He also suggested preventive care for my HVAC and Hot water heater. Overall the process was transparent.

Pricing is reasonable too. I was not forced to buy any un-necessary maintenance plan.

We hired Obie to replace an old furnace with a hybrid heat pump system. From the start we could tell how professional and customer service focused the team was with Jeff and Priscila managing the quote and scheduling process

Gustavo, Oscar, Erivelton, and Saulo managed the installation and did a really great job. They worked super hard to get the work done in less time than expected. We’ve only had the system for a couple weeks now but it’s doing much better than our old one and we're really happy with the work.

Obie installed a new furnace with ac coil and 4 Mitsubishi splits with heat pump several years ago. It now provides me with excellent maintenance services. Today another great Obie technician came and inspected and cleaned the units and made a detailed report to me. Very satisfied.
