I called Obie to help my HVAC system. They were super professional and friendly. They were booked up pretty quick which is to be expected when you call them on a 90 degree day, but still got me in within a few weeks. They called and contacted me multiple times before the service date to confirm my issues and time that they would show up. Along with all that they were on time and sent Santiago. He is the best he knew his stuff and had an awesome demeanor and style. He was able to come in and tackle the work needed and figure out what’s going on and have options and solutions for it. 10/10 recommend Obie and you should ask for Santiago you won’t be disappointed

I had some gaps in my maintainence subscription plans and the service manager called me immediatley and resolved it right on the call within 5 mins. I really appreciate the quick and prompt turnaround. They service and inspect the HVAC systems in a very detailed manner and provide us a very good summary report explaning each and every detail on the report. I had my AC maintainence done with Gustavo and he was technically very good, explained all he saw with the system and gave all the necessary recommendations and suggestions. Was on time to the appointment. Did all the cleanup before leaving. I definitely recommend others to try their services.

Gustavo came on time and very professional. I have had them tuned up both my water boiler and 2 furnaces. Have been a great pleasure to work with.

Update 12 May 2023: We installed a new heat pump and mini splits, working with Gustavo, Laércio, Dete, Saulo, Thiago, Priscila, and Lia. All were extremely helpful, especially Gus who inspected the apartment for just the right location for the mini splits and worked with the electrician for the placement of the heat pump. He was extremely thoughtful and knowledgeable, creative with the interior and exterior space constraints. The indoor install team was punctual and clean.

We’ve been using Obie for a couple years now. We replaced our boiler and water heater and also added mini splits. We’ve been happy with everything! All of the technicians were friendly and knowledgeable and very respectable of our home and time. Even today, we had a small drip in the water heater. Danilo came right away, fixed it quickly, and even placed a call to replace outdoor pieces he noticed while here.

Rodrigo was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions and knew the equipment he was talking about. During his visit we noticed an issue with another equipment came up and he offered to look into it as well. I am now waiting for a quote, but looking forward working with him.

Santiago arrived on time to the appointment for heating service. He is very professional, explained all the issues he found in our system and fixed it. Tried all the time to find the best option that worked for us. Highly recommended

What a great experience with Obie, We just installed a new furnace and AC, I don’t know where to start off, but Tony was a great consultant, he answered all questions truly and professionally. Made the process way too easy. Then the installers were so great and professional. Danilo was fantastic answering all my questions and teaching me how to use the system.

I’m so happy about what we got. Excellent company and highly recommend to everyone.

I had my annual HVAC system maintenance and tune-up. The technician Gustavo Melo was very helpful, professional and courteous. I would recommend him very much!

I used Obie for the first time to install 2 new heat pumps and thermostats. Their office was very helpful prior to installation in working with Mass Save to register for the rebates and loan. On installation day the crew was professional and clean. They put down tarp in all areas where they worked and used plastic shoe covers also. When the installation was done, they took quite a bit of time making sure I understood the new thermostats and equipment. I know nothing about HVAC but to me the installation seemed very neat and clean. Everything is functioning perfectly and would definitely use them again.

my technician was quite thorough, showing me the documentation, including ppl photographs, that made it clear what the status of the system was, which made it easy to diagnose future problems should they occur.
