I saw a recommendation for Obie on a town FB page. I called them and they added me to a same day if possible list. Their technician had a cancellation and was there that afternoon! The repair was done and an improvement was made for better functionality and maintenance. Santiago was very professional and left everything in perfect condition. I called the office after the appointment and their customer service is excellent. I was very pleased with Obie Comfort Solutions.

I had another appointment with Obie Comfort Solutions. This time Warren was the technician. I was extremely pleased with his service. Again, the customer support on the phone is excellent, too. I can definitely recommend Obie—they put my mind at ease with their knowledgeable service and explanations.

He worked on a complex and confusing problem my system had and did a detailed, thorough job. Obie Comfort needs to hang on to this guy and model their other technicians after him both from professionalism and skill level perspectives.

They're also had the best prices of all Mitsubishi Diamond contractors, so an easy choice to pick them.

Gustavo arrived at my house on time and was courteous and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how long it would take. He was very knowledgeable about the HVAC system and explained how it works and what I can do to improve cost efficiency. Gustavo was very thorough and answered all of my questions.
