Obie Comfort Solutions

I was having issues with my water heater not heating. I called Obie Comfort Solutions and Kiara was able to get me right on my the schedule. I explained the error code I was receiving and she told me that her service manager, Rodrigo was familiar with the code. They walked me with a common temporary fix until a technician could check the system. I was appreciative of their willingness to share their knowledge so that we could get hot water again. Blake later came to my house and confirmed the issue with my system is what Rodrigo and Kiara had assumed. Blake showed me and explained exactly what needed to be replaced before preforming the fix. He was able to replace the part quickly and later showed me what to do in the future, should I run into the same issue. He assured me that either he or another tech, Wyatt, would be able to quickly service my system if it ever failed. I appreciated knowing that Obie had a passionate team of professionals who were knowledgeable, experienced, available, and happy to service my system if I ever needed them. They definitely gave me peace of mind every step of the way. Thanks team! Highly recommend!

Obie has some amazing employees who are a pleasure to work with. Gustavo was very friendly and knowledgeable and walked me through everything he was doing and things to keep in mind while trying to save on energy costs.

Great experience! Santiago was early, completed the job effectively and took time to explain everything he did. He gave great suggestions and didn't pressure me into spending more to fix things that were out of date on our system. Very happy with the service to our oil heating system.

Obie Comfort Solutions did a great job on our air conditioning installation. Obie had a can-do attitude about where to put the air ducts because we have forced hot water heat and we needed to install the air vents and ducts. Our contemporary style house allowed Obie to suggest creative ways to connect the ducts to multiple rooms and his carpentry team did a great job boxing in the equipment and giving it a seamless look. The team painted, cleaned up and was courteous. Vicki was excellent at helping us navigate the MASS SAVE rebate and financing programs. The heat pump allowed us to get a rebate on a better unit, and gives us an extra heat source for this coming winter. Only request is for better communication when schedules changed during the install. I would highly recommend Obie and his team especially for a retrofit a/c installation.
Update December, 2022: Gustavo M. performed our annual maintenance and did a stellar job. He explained the work he was doing and investigated a minor issue. He changed the filter we had bought ahead of time. Good communication about costs of service and the optional monthly plans available. Another good experience with an Obie employee. Thank you!

We've used Obie for years now and have always been pleased with the service. However, yesterday's maintenance call with Gustavo went above and beyond. He was incredibly thorough, patiently detailed what we had found and various options for addressing some issues. I think the best review was my wife's who said, "Did you catch his name? I want him to do the work every time!" Couldn't be more pleased with Gustavo and Obie.

Joao Paulo Silva, working at Obie Comfort Solution, was very professional and mindful. He arrived perfectly on time, did the maintenance without interrupting me while I was working, thoroughly addressed all my questions, clean everything before leaving, and was careful to not make any noise in case there were kids asleep in the house.

This is another good review with Obie. Just had a great experience with JP for AC maintenance. He is honest, detailed, knowledgeable and patience in answering questions. Showed me pictures of my AC system and explained in details the true performance status of the system. Offered solutions to issues, without hard selling us about replacing the whole system. Did the maintenance work diligently. This is how the business should be done. I am lucky to have JP do the maintenance.

I had an AC stop working. They scheduled a visit in almost 2 weeks but actually came out the same day.

The team did some phenomenal work on our project. They removed the entirety of the old system and put in a new hybrid heating system with air conditioning, new thermostats, and new ductwork. They were very well organized and executed like clock work for over a week to address tasks from start to finish. They took care of small details as they went along and kept us informed at all times. Great workmanship. They are absolutely the best in town.

Update: terrific work from Santiago and Gustavo on the annual maintenance. Professional, friendly, timely, careful, and thorough.

Gustavo came to perform routine maintenance on our system and I could not have been more impressed with his knowledge and customer service. He was incredibly helpful and informative and took the time to explain things. I was incredibly impressed and grateful for his help today. I think he is an incredible worker and asset for Obie.
