Very poor service and communication. Technician came to my home to repair AC, he did not seem experienced. His diagnostic and explanation for problem reason did not make sense to me but I still went with his diagnostic to replace a major part. I gave the technician the deposit and immediately accepted the estimate sent next day to replace Control panel. After that I called them multiple times to do the repair only heard back once via text but no one ever scheduled followup service to do the actual repair.

Took my deposit, wasted my time and energy. Also I called some one else to do the repair and they just had to replace a wire so power gets sent to outside compressor.

Horrible service incompetent technicians....stay AWAY.

Odean was great - he serviced our burner and talked about central air potential for our older home. I recommend Odean and Ideal Air highly. They are also good about scheduling and providing confirms and ETAs.

Our boiler failed in the middle of the night on a weekend on the coldest day of the year. When no one else would come out or even answer our call, IDEAL was there. Odean and Rick were professional and gave exceptional customer service through a few complications that followed. I absolutely recommend them and IDEAL in general to anyone needing service.

I am very pleased by the work performed to clean my Ducts, Odean was on time, worked efficiently and professionally. Diffidently would recommend and use them again.

I used their service for dryer vent cleaning. I would not recommend them if you have dryer on the 2nd floor. They don't have ladders long enough, but they did charge me for the ladder anyway. Since they don't have a long enough ladder, the technician tried to clean it from the attic. He did his best. He was alone and he didn't have anyone to help (When I asked he said, they are a small company and they have one technician on a day) The lint build up on the outside vent cover is still there. And it seems like the lint got pushed to close to the end of vent, creating blockage. My dryer takes almost twice the time to dry than what it was taking earlier. When I reached out to them, they are now saying there is a fault with my dryer!!!

They were right on schedule, fixed my furnace problem. However I would appreciate if they could have discussed with me on the pricing options before they replaced the broken part. Otherwise no complaints on the work and the professionalism they showed. Thank you.!

It is very difficult to find experienced and honest technicians nowadays. Odean and his coworker were plesssnt exception. Experience, knowledge along with kindness and excellent interpersonal communications skills make them unchangeable if you need help with your heating problems.
