Ideal Air HVAC

This guy is amazing. I was given 4 estimates by other HVAC companies all very high and with out explanations. Mr Ideal came in showed me everything and explained it all for a fraction of the price. Other thing is was polite and educated not like the angry smelly guy who came before him and kept telling me it is what it is. I hate when people say that. I was going to go out the way to write bad reviews fr the others in the Natick Area but decided to give this man a good review for being a good worker and also to be so fast and efficient. Thank you

Our heat wouldn't come on! Quick call to Ideal Air and he responded right away. We are now nice and warm! He knew exactly what the problem was and took no time to fix it! Plan on calling when we need another fix!

The technician seemed very knowledgeable and he's going to pull together a quote. He also seems have the experience and in stalling power events. After the quote I'll make a decision to hire or not.

David came to my home and did the heating system inspection without notice. excellent work in one hour. Also he did installed my new Nest 3 generation thermostat.

Emergency furnace check up on a Dec. night. Quick email confirmation of the appointment, scheduled at 11pm, tech came at 9 pm , very happy about the work. Thanks!

0 stars - Company sent 2 service people to evaluate our central air compressor not starting. They ended up being here for 30 minutes and claimed to “fix" the problem as being loose wires. About a month latter, the same problem occurred and is was not fixable by securing loose wires. This is on top of being charged $300 for the first half hour service call! When I contacted them to address the recurring issue, they asked me “what are you asking for?” and failed to offer to come back and fix the recurring issue that they obviously did not properly diagnose during the first visit. I have sent went with another company that was much more professional and appropriately cost that solved the issue in less time. Please stay away from NON-IDEAL AIR!

Called and had a long email conversation with the vendor. Response is not valid to mitigate the review and very poor experience.

The equipment used by the technicians severely stained our carpet and rugs. After I called to complain, the technician came back with some rug shampoo and tried to clean the stains -- he was unsuccessful. In addition, the furniture around several of the ducts were left dirty with the dust from the ducts.

Did a great job! Easy to book an appointment, on-time (early), cost effective. Highly recommend!
