Ideal Air HVAC

As parents of a newborn baby, we were desperate when the furnace went out, the temperature was sub zero and our inquiry calls were turned down by several service providers. Odean and his colleagues were kind of accepting us and scheduled an appointment on the same day. He arrived quickly and did an excellent job of repairing the furnace. More than that he offered constructive suggestions on many equipments. The service is professional and the price is reasonable. I strongly recommend their service.

Odean was very friendly and informative when he came to look at our AC unit. One of the best technicians that we have ever had. He was able to correct the issue and had us up and running again in an hour. The bill was within reason. We will definitely use Ideal Air again for our HVAC needs in the future.

Had a great experience with Ideal Air HVAC. I had a problem with the heating my house and need urgent service. They sent Odean early next morning even though he had another appointment at 8 he came by at 7 to my home and fixed the issue. Then the next day came back and did regular service. Everything works great now. The price is also very reasonable. Odean did a great job. I will definitely recommend these guys

Scheduling the appointment for the quote was simple and fast. The specialist showed up on time, did some pictures of my existing unit(s) and told me that by the end of the day today/tomorrow I should expect the estimate. Never heard back from them. After about 4-5 days I called them and asked about my estimate and made sure that they have my correct email. I was told that they get to the bottom of this and I should hear back today/tomorrow. 5 days past that I never heard from them.

I booked an emergency appointment when the installer wouldn't come out because it was a holiday weekend. Odean himself came out and performed the service of finishing a job that should've been done as part of a new system install. He knew exactly what the problems were and proceeded to preform the repairs. The booking system and communication is refreshing knowing exactly when they're going to get there. I wouldn't hesitate to use him again

Kevin did a great job fixing our daughter's A/C system. We were able to get a same-day appointment, and he figured out the problem and installed the needed part (which he had in stock). Poor guy had to spend lots of time in the very hot attic doing the repair, but that did not deter him. Thanks for all the hard work! We also liked the excellent communication we received: email and text notifications after we booked the appointment, when Kevin was en route (including his photo so we knew who to expect), and a copy of the invoice and receipt by email. Excellent service! We will definitely use your company again!

They were excellent. On-time, efficient and courteous. Diagnosed the problem in 20 minutes and changed out the capacitor on the spot. Reasonable price. Found my new HVAC firm!

Added perk they utilize technology very well. Booked online and received text and email updates for the appointment and when they would arrive. Most contractors are impossible to reach and keep in the loop. Ideal is not like others.

These guys are simply THE BEST!! From the woman who picks up the main number to do the scheduling to the experience and professionalism of the HVAC technicians - we had a great experience with Ideal Air! I always felt gouged by the local HVAC company I've used for 20 years without making an effort to try someone new, so I Googled and found Ideal's outstanding reviews. We're of course thrilled to have our furnace working properly again thanks to their dogged determination to resolve a particularly vexing issue. I was pleasantly surprised not just by the very reasonable initial Ideal bill, but they returned for two subsequent visits (when the problem persisted) for no charge! I really appreciate their integrity, and find it rare these days.
