Ideal Air HVAC

Odean and Ideal Air have serviced my Carrier Central AC for several years. They have done both yearly maintenance as well as emergency repairs. Odean has always been kind and friendly as well as responsive. His work has seemed to be high quality.

These guys are the best. Communication is top notch and the techs that come are always professional. We use them for annual service for both heating and cooling, and they do a great job.

Odean and his team at Ideal Air HVAC are superstars! Two of our AC units unexpectedly conked out during a hot week in July. They were able to come the very next day, identify and repair the problem, and get things back in service. Their work was professional and fairly priced and they were a pleasure to deal with, including offering some helpful advice. Odean has been a life saver for us! He fixed our heating system when other HVAC companies failed. He also came out on an urgent house visit two days before Christmas at 10pm when our heat wasn’t working. His prices are reasonable. He is honest, reliable, and knows his way around HVAC systems!!

Excellent, fast, professional service. I called when my gas furnace suddenly went out during a snow storm. They were willing to come out on the spot for a very reasonable price. The boiler ended up coming back on, but I set up an appointment with them for the following day. The technician arrived even earlier than anticipated and was very courteous. I don't have much experience with furnaces, so he took me step-by-step through how the furnace should work as he checked every part. In the end, he ended up doing a regular maintenance and replacing a part, all for a couple hundred dollars. He even didn't charge me any extra for the evaluation and gave me a discount on the part that he replaced. I was very happy with the service and the professional demeanor of the technician and would recommend Ideal Air to my friends and family.

Odean and his men were life savers. My AC had been down for 3 weeks while waiting on my contractors subs. Couldn’t wait any longer and got Odean’s name from a friend. He can right out - quoted the job - ordered the parts and installed all within 4 days! They do quality work at fair prices!
