Odean came in on time and was able to diagnose the problem. We are very pleased with his knowledge, professionalism. We look forward to work with Ideal Air for further issues.

Must be great to work in an industry where business is so good you never have to be concerned with doing things like returning phone calls.

I contacted Ideal Air in early February 19 looking to get an estimate on the replacement of the flexible duct work in my existing A/C system due to mold damage. The customer service representative on the phone was very up front in admitting that I wasn't in the normal service area, but that she would ask if they would make an exception and someone would get back to me either way. I never got called back.

I certainly can understand that I may be outside of their service area, but I cannot accept the lack of any kind of response when I was told there would be one. At this point I have already hired someone else to do the work.

I had an issue with my mini split. They were prompt and understanding. They explained what was being done and answered all of my questions completely. Also, the price was very competitive. Highly recommend!

The technicians were available later in the afternoon which was perfect because with other places you usually have to wait until the next day. They were very knowledgeable, took the time to explain the issues and worked efficiently. Definitely recommending them to neighbors and anyone in need of help.

I have called Ideal Air HVAC after going through reviews in google and yelp. However my experience was not good with them. I thought i would take an annual membership with them for both tuning up both my boiler and central AC

I had an appointment with them on 12 December 2018. Kevin showed up on time and started the tuning up of boiler. He tried to open up the nut with inappropriate tool and ultimately worn them out (Pic is attached). I repeatedly asked him to bring the appropriate tool and then try to open it but he didnt listen. Ultimately he left without letting me know when he will be back

Second appointment was scheduled on December 19th after chasing them twice. Both he and his manager Odean Lee came that day with the tool and was successful in removing the nut. After that Odean left with that particular tool. Now when it comes to put the nut back, Kevin was off course not having that tool. I asked him to call Odean and have the tool back in order to complete the job.

He again didnt listen and when i called Odean from my side, he told him that home owner is not happy rather than asking the tool

That was complete lack of professionalism. They have even provided the new nut after removing the first one, but whats the point if you worn them out again while tightening them?

I asked Kevin to leave and requested Odean to complete the work. He told me that he will look into it but no response from them since 19th December 2018

Conclusion:
1. They send somebody who is not experienced enough to do the job and have no respect for the device they touch
2. They make customer to chase them even though he is ready to pay money
3. Now i have to replace the worn out nuts myself or hire some one else

I wish i could write a nice review for them

My boiler was never serviced before, so nothing was worn out. Neither i was dictating employee. I even helped him by providing my tool. None of my statement above are incorrect or misleading.

Odean and his team have been friendly, professional and punctual in multiple visits, trying to fix a chronic problem not solved by my central air installer. So glad we found them!!

Wish I can rate you guys with 0 stars. I have been fed different stories by Odean and after 2 month of waiting (July and August) still no AC. Thank you

I highly recommend Odean from Ideal Air Hvac. We had tried two different companies before to fix a very noisy vent in my son's room and they could not figure it out. Odean carefully analysed the system and was able to identify the problem and fix it. Setting up the appointment was very easy, they were very responsive and gave excellent customer service.

My furnace did not start and Odean was so responsive and fixed the problem. I like to work with smaller companies, he owns the business so the work matters. With the big companies I am never sure if I am being overcharged.
