UPDATE: Townsend installed mini-split AC units at my house this summer and did a great job on the three hottest days of the summer so far. Very pleased with their work, and their quote was very reasonable (I had several companies bid on the job, and they weren't anywhere near the highest). They showed up when they said they would and worked with me to ensure that the placement of the conduits would work with windows I was having installed.

OLDER REVIEW: I had a new oil burner and boiler installed last month. They did a great job, they were polite, answered all of my questions, and left everything shipshape. Very impressed.

Beth had great understanding of my situation and took care of it immediately.

I'm a new to propane heating. When my gauges looked low I called the office and they told me that I had an automatic delivery scheduled in 3 days. I told them I was worried about running out. ( I'm a life long oil user.) They said "we're extremely busy but we'll fit you in" and they made a special delivery later that day! GREAT SERVICE!

Great service every time I call. Great deals for first time customers and love their auto-refill. Price is competitive but not always the best! Usually within $0.15 of the best price.

Was on a job site with someone from Townsend today installing a gas line from a pool heater. I cross paths with many many gas installers and he was exactly who you want in your backyard. He was super nice, new his trade well, crossed the T's and dotted the I's.

I have been a Townsend customer since the purchase of my home 5 years ago. John organized the removal of the old propane tank and the installation of a new one. He set me up with automatic deliveries and not once have I worried about running out or even running low. John made the process extremely smooth. A great company with really great employees.

Always quick to answer questions. Although never have to since they are always on thier game.

Matt and John have been outstanding to work with going back to 2016 when we had Townsend replace our propane tanks. My family moved to a new house in 2018 and we were pleased we could transition our account to support the new heating oil system. We had an issue with our furnace last winter - and they had a tech at our house to fix it almost immediately. This is a great family business and they truly care about their customers!
