Set an appointment and actually missed the first 2 not even first ONE…called me and still nothing but respectable. met me at the best time for me. Switched from a different oil company that i was previously using and couldn't be happier with my decision. Delivery driver was the same age as me and was super respectable and did a awesome job with my tank. Very pleased being younger and not being too familiar with all the processes it was more than a relief. THANK YOU AGAIN

Townsend has been my service and oil company for 20 plus years. Had a new furnace installed in my 1917 house which was complicated. Townsend brought in the manufacturer and great service teams who eventually solved the installation problems. I actually get great heat upstairs and in a bathroom that was previously cold! They were terrific and stuck with me to resolve it. Office staff is always responsive.

If Brian Mutascio is your tech, you are in great hands! He cares about his work. I will request him whenever I am in need of service.

Recently had a new oil tank installed. After the installation my furnace had problems. Townsend spent a great amount of time and effort to resolve my problem. Same day service and customer service was outstanding. Needless to say they got me through the Feb 2023 cold snap with no problems. Thanks again Townsend.

David did an exceptional job servicing my Mitsubishi AC/Heat Pump. He was knowledgeable and took the time to explain what the problem was and what he was doing to fix it. Excellent work, very professional, friendly and does Quality work

I have been using Townsend Energy for many years and have been very happy with their service. I was especially pleased that a delivery was made in advance of the arctic weather NH experienced. It provided peace of mind during a turbulent time.

I called today after looking at my propane tanks and saw my tank gauge read 0%!! Ellen James took my call and immediately looked for a delivery driver in the area!! She found driver, Doug Grant right around the corner, who delivered 298 gals into my 3 - 100 gal tanks!!! I'm so grateful to Ellen and Doug for getting to my house so quickly so that I didn't run out of propane and end up with no heat!! Thank you both!! Great job!!

We are new customer. We just moved into our house, and they didn’t deliver oil when they said they said they would even though we were dangerously low.

Now we are at empty. I called the office and I didn’t get any sense that they cared, felt any responsibility, or were going to do anything about it today. Now it’s a Saturday and we are hoping they actually call us back.

We are now looking into how we can exit the contract.

Sarah was a pleasure to work with and so helpful getting my account set up. She took her time to listen and assist in making the process so much easier. I am so pleased with Townsend and I am so thankful that Sarah is my representative!

The Townsend technician, Walter, was a true professional. He arrived on time, answered my questions and was very meticulous.
He left the furnace area in pristine condition.
