Townsend Energy

Cynthia was great as usual with her customer service. We have had a working relationship for years as she is a hold over from Petro home services.
What I am not happy about is that Townsend energy pulled a payment twice on a bank account and caused it to be over drawn. I know accidents happen but taking an extra $1,491.00 can really throw things out of wack. Thank fully Cynthia is correcting it for me.

I’ve been an Irving Energy pre-buy customer for almost 20 years, but this year Sarah from Townsend Energy went the extra mile by working out a pricing structure almost 21% less than Irving’s best price offer. In addition Sarah’s timely communications keeping me updated with what comes next for swapping tanks and completing paperwork was very much appreciated and very pleasant. Sarah has also followed up with me to ensure everything was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction.

In a nutshell, Sarah was great to work with and instrumental in my decision to switch companies after almost 20 years.

Townsend Energy recently took over Petro in New Hampshire, so we are relatively new customers. The staff that I have talked with on the phone have been helpful and it's much appreciated.

All services delivered without delays. 24/7 support was great. We had a few issues with equipment over 9 years and always were supported. My tank level was always maintained by Townsend.
Great service provider. Price on the higher side but it's worth it. Recommend for a friend.

Their customer service is excellent, including if a mistake is made...its quickly corrected with an easy phone call. We have never run out of propane. We have a mini split that needed service a couple of times. Both times the technician was prompt, and efficient (both times it happened in January) I felt so bad for the poor guy working out in the freezing weather, but he was hard working and fixed the problem. I will always count on Townsend .
