Thank you for great customer service from the top to the bottom of the organization. I've been a customer for 17 years and very happy with Townsend Energy.

Sarah was very helpful and very friendly on the phone. A great experience setting up my new service.

I was very pleased with Michelle about a delivery I had been promised by Mac and Barbara. Unlike Michelle neither of them set up a delivery for me.

I explained to Michelle and she assured me that I would have a delivery by noon on 11/22/22........ it happened, thank you Michelle for taking my request seriously..... Dave DeL

Called concerned about a leaking tank discussing it with Ben who was very reassuring that it was most likely a normal noise the valve makes but insisted on still coming to check it out in person. Ben as a person, not just a tech was simply amazing in everywhere, a real gem. Wish more people were on earth like him, quite frankly. How fortunate for Townsend to have him.

Had a question surrounding our current bill and Marie was swift in investigating my concern and provided an update quickly!

Marie was very pleasant over the phone and my billing issue was easily resolved. Great customer service, thanks Marie!

I can't really write a review because no one showed up for the scheduled service call! I saw a Townsend truck down the street, but he knew nothing about my service. He said Townsend would call me. That was two weeks ago! Nothing yet!

Wonderfully helpful staff. They were there for us when our hot water heater died and parts were not available. Great price on propane with multiple payment options.

Beth was great to deal with and care about your concerns and took care the issues that u may have
