Woke up this morning with no hot water. I called Thomas Clark because they came up on a Google search for hot water heater repair. the woman who answered could not have possibly been ruder. asked if somebody could come out to look at my hot water heater, she literally responded with "well do you want to pay overtime for that?" in my opinion that's not really the way to talk to a new customer as the very first thing you say. I don't know how any new customer would be expected to respond to that. What I asked her what pay overtime meant (I've never been asked to pay overtime to have someone do service in my hone) she literally laughed at me.

Since I made my first call to Clark Plumbing I have received prompt, and attentive help to fix my situation in my home. This is what is known as real customer service, recommend this company to anyone.
