Such a terrible service, came to look at my HVAC which was not cooling properly and the technician did a horrible job of laying out options. Charged me $600 dollars to fill the system with refrigerant for it to stop working after one day. Then offered to come back and find the leak? Waste of money and disappointing service.

Tech was quick to diagnose issue and laid out pros/cons to diagnostic pressure test results given the constraints of the condominium building, the different sections of the HVAC system, and potential findings. Office manager ordered part with vendor who in turn lost the order and delayed the shipment another week in the middle of summer--but, office manager realized this was unacceptable and worked with the vendor to secure a new system replacement for the same price. I was very happy with the service received, and I would highly recommend to others.

I have an annual maintenance plan. The Technician alerted me before the appointment, showed up on time, well protected for he and I considering the current virus status; knew my HVAC system, did an efficient indoor/outdoor checkup and let me know the results in detail, with recommendations. Thos E. Clark always has impressed me with their expertise and quality work with HVAC or plumbing. This visit only reinforced that feeling. Thanks!

Thomas E Clark has been taking care of our heating and air conditioning system for several years and they provide a professional, thorough and affordable service. I love that they make recommendations for things we can do as homeowners to keep the system clean and to prepare the system when there are bad storms in the winter. Very disappointed in this company. Our furnace broke one week ago (first week in December) and a technician was dispatched in a timely manner. The technician made the assessment that our digital board for our furnace was dead and that it would need to be replaced. We happily paid the $69 trip and $139 diagnosis fee believing that per our conversation, the company would call and schedule an appointment for replacement. We waited a day and followed up, actually making an attempt to schedule an estimate for a full system. They never called us back for either purpose. Simply Disappointing. As a result we contacted ARS rescue rooter and they gave us a reasonable estimate for an entire carrier hvac replacement. The system was installed the next day by two professionals and the system is wonderful. From now on I will recommend ARS to friends and family dissuade from Thomas E Clark.

We have them on-call. Such a great crew who most recently replaced our 12 year old water heater. Always protect our flooring and carpet during the work and left it cleaner than it was before they arrived.

Over the past year I have has 2 issues, one with our A/C unit and another with a clogged/broken pipe in the Bathroom sink. Both times Thomas E Clark provided fast and courteous service. This included a Sunday emergency call where 4 other plumbers could not come out for 2-3 days. Thanks for the great service Thomas E Clark Inc. Highly recommended!

I wish there was a higher rating than 5 stars. I have had to use Thomas E. Clark services on 2 different occasions, and both times they have displayed outstanding care and quality of work. The master plumber (Gene) was the epitome of professionalism and outstanding customer service. I hope to not need a plumber anytime soon, but if I do, Thomas E. Clark inc has a customer for life.

Recently I had an issue with the heater component of my thru-the-wall HVAC unit. I originally called another local company in Bethesda but had no luck getting the problem resolved despite going back and forth for about a month. With the cold season approaching, I finally decided to use another highly rated company on the area. The first two told me flat that they don't like to work on this type of systems. When I called Thomas E Clark, I was warmly greeted by the person who answered the call before being transferred to a gentleman who logged the issue and set me up with an appointment on the first day that worked for me. On the appointment day, the technician (John Paul) showed up on time to investigate the problem. Once he had a diagnosis, he thoroughly explained the issue and gave me a guesstimate for the cost to repair. In the following week, once the required part was received thru mail, the engineer came over again and fixed the unit quickly and ably. We were totally happy with the level and quality of the service throughout the process and will definitely call on them for any future HVAC need. Thank you Team Thomas E Clark!
