The service was professionally completed in a timely manner. All issues were resolved about the heat and air conditioning unit including any questions I had. I was told about their additional clean air service they provide for the total home.

The technician was prompt, friendly and seemed to be giving us the right information. Whats more, he was able to fix our AC.

Technician was on-time, courteous, efficient, explained the problem, replaced a faulty part and demonstrated that the repair was successful.

We needed to have our water main replaced. They were easy to work with, and did a great job at a good price.

Came within the specified window, and he was very efficient and helpful about dealing with the various leaks, and in explaining what he did.

My toilet was broken and I called them around 10:30 in the morning to schedule a repair. By 10:30 the next morning the old toilet had been removed and a new toilet installed. Prompt and efficient!

I've used Thomas E. Clark, Inc. several times and have never! had a problem... They are prompt and courteous. Recently I had an ongoing issue with my toilet and they kept helping me till issue was resolved.
