Clark plumbing didn’t a excellent job in replacing aged toilets in our home. Their plumber was courteous, caring, very capable and knowledgeable, friendly etc. can’t say enough positive about this. All around a great experience. Recommend them to anyone looking for a Great Plumber and company.

The technician, Jean Paul, arrived in a timely manner (service was on August 25), cleaned the air handler thoroughly (which was a challenge, given that I hadn't changed the air filter in ... NEVER MIND!), and made recommendations for improving the unit, including a link to website to order more filters. It was a very competent job done at a reasonable price.

We needed a new HVAC unit. We hired Thomas E. Clark to install it for us. Everything connected with this purchase was perfect. The price was reasonable. The installers arrived on time and were informative and friendly. The machine works well. I recommend this company to everyone needing HVAC service.

We called Thomas E Clark Inc for a leak that was dripping in the basement. The plumber found a series of holes in pipes around the dishwasher. He did an excellent job cutting around sections of drywall and replacing sections of pipe. Because he was so careful, my husband will be able to do the necessary repair work to the wall and we will not need to call a carpenter! Our plumber, Chris (I think), was careful and knew what he was doing. We are happy to recommend him and his company.

John Paul (Jon Paul?) and his apprentice, Edwin, came out this morning to service our air conditioning. We've been having a TERRIBLE rumbling in our unit as well. They. Were. Amazing. Incredibly thorough. They had no issues with me watching and asking questions. I recommend them to anyone who needs a qualifed and reputable service.

There are a few times in life that I have taken the time to leave a review. I find that most of the time people write reviews when they are dissatisfied. My A/C stopped working last Sunday and I called Thomas E Clark and the owner called me back. within 2 hours he sent Matt over to look at the unit. After attempting some repairs it turned out that the 16 year old unit needed to be replaced. Mike called me Sunday night and was able to get Mike had an estimator out Monday morning and I had a proposal in my email within an hour with several pricing options. We decided on an option and Mike was able to work us into an already jam packed schedule. He sent a crew over that started working on the job at 3pm and did not leave until 11pm. Carlos the technician refused to leave because he knew about the upcoming heat wave and wanted to make sure when he came out on Saturday to finish the job we had cool air by the afternoon. Mike and Carlos were some of the best contractors I have ever worked with. And the pricing was much better then the other 2 quotes including Micheal and Sons.
