I had a storm roll through which knocked out all of my power. I then found out that it was much more than just that. I called up Sam and his crew on a SUNDAY NIGHT around 8pm and low and behold they arrived within 30 mins.... Sam and his crew worked thru the night promising that me and my family would have heat before the sun came up. Low and behold by 3:00am Sam and his crew were done and my family had heat on a day when it was only 10 degrees. I never write these reviews however in this case I feel that Sam and his crew deserve a shout out.

I can’t say enough good things about Sam and his crew! I had my air conditioning and furnace replaced by them. I called Sensa air hvac and Sam said he would be at my house at 9:30am and he was there right on time. I couldn’t believe how fast Sam and his 2 workers got in and out and had the job completed! I have never had such cold air cold air blowing through my house! I have recommended his service to many others and they have been very well pleased. A+ service ❄️❄️❄️

My experience with sensa-air was just fabulous. Not only did I have my entire ac unit replaced had them return and install a new hot water heater as well as our ducks cleaned. Sam and crew went out of their way to correct old problems from previous owners. We absolutely wouldn't have had all this work done for the price with other HVAC companys. Completely satisfied and look forward to a long lasting relationship with this company.

My furnace went out in the middle of an ice storm. I called my homeowners insurance and they sent a guy out who said he could't get to the blower because that was bad. So they sent a guy named Sam to do a second opinion and he was the BEST!!!! He referred me to a financial program to assist so I could get the work done right away and pay a small fee monthly. My heat went out Tuesday and they came out here and by 5:30 pm my new furnace was installed. I recommend their services for anyone they are the BEST

It was a great experience from the beginning. Sensa-air was referred to me by my home warranty company AHS. I was not getting any cold air. My compressor had been repaired last year and was burned out again. I needed my HVAC system replaced. The owner, Sam, called me a couple hours after contacting AHS and he came out the next day. He had several jobs the day of my appointment and called me to let me know he was running late. I was soooo glad when he arrived and diagnosed my problem verifying I needed a new unit (over 25 years old)!! Came out on the weekend bright and early with his guys and put in my unit, showed me and my son how to program the unit, instructed us on maintenance, etc. Cleaned up and removed all trash and old equipment. He and the other guys were very professional and knowledgeable!! I would recommend this company.

I can't say enough positive things about Sam and Sensa Air, and I would recommend them to my family and friends. Sam is a man of his word, and he was respectful and accommodating to my busy household while we dealt with an HVAC emergency in my daughter's last trimester. He and his guys did quality work, cleaned up after themselves, and Sam even followed up after my granddaughter's birth in June in nice clothes and baby gifts!
Sensa Air was initially sent out in April by American Home Shield after an emergency with my HVAC system (after several other contractors failed to or were unable to respond). They came out on a weekend night and patiently walked me through necessary repairs. Sam even pointed out ones outside of the emergency call that could be potential health concerns like some vents and filters that were embarrassing caked with possibly a decade of dust, which was especially relevant due to my granddaughter being on the way. They replaced my dead HVAC (which was fried in that storm and not covered by warranty) within a price range that came in as expected for professional, emergency installation. He even included the additional ductwork and repaired other code/health concerns without additional cost to my estimate!
I have a very busy and active household and Sam has only been excellent in communication, follow-up, diagnosis, and repairs and he has consistently gone out of his way to provide service when others would or could not. Sam has become our family electrician and I will continue to rely on Sensa Air!

Avoid Sam and Sensa at all cost. Especially if he utters the words "Trust me." Sensa was foisted upon me by Choice Warranty. But what happened was Sam did not want to report back to Choice the problem he found with my AC. Instead he cajoled us to allow him to replace our entire heating/cooling system for around $10K, while ASSURING us ("Trust me") that our homeowners insurance (Liberty) would pay for it. BUT, the adjuster from Liberty came to check out our claim and denied it for two main reasons: 1. Instead of leaving the system that he said had "burned out," so that the adjust could inspect it, Sam disposed of everything and tried to simply use pictures to justify the repair for Liberty. 2. He also told Liberty some information that was different from what he told US. So when the information I gave Liberty did not match what Sam had told them, we were done for.
The adjuster even insinuated that Sensa had tried to get us to commit insurance fraud, and they showed me several online instances of BBB complaints against Sensa, customer lawsuits against Sensa, and even where customers had indicated that Sensa had tried to get them to commit insurance fraud.
Just say "No" if you're considering Sensa.

Sensa-Air installed a brand new heating system in my home. It was installed incorrectly and I have had major issues with the system for the past year and a half. Finally, I brought a different company in and they informed me that the entire system, including the pipes, was installed incorrectly. Essentially, this company put my health and the health of my family at risk and destroyed the brand new system because the fumes, instead of being pumped outside the house were being pulled back into the system. This caused the system to overwork, corrode and shutdown. This is a propane system so this is extremely dangerous. I will be filing a complaint with the state.

Sensa -air inc is the worst company for any repairs. The owner/technician that worked with me is Sam.
I called him for my Air conditioner repair. First of all he was very rude and he just took a brief look at the AC units and asked me to pay $540 just for replacing the capacitor.when I asked him how long does he take to finish the job he said it would be just couple of minutes. That's when I realized this was a rip off and i asked him why would you charge me $540 for couple of minute job? He got very mad at me and said this is the job I am doing and I know what I was doing. If you want you can get the job done or pay me the diagnostic charges which was $89 .He made fun of me saying that I can never get cheaper than the price he Quoted and also said may be you should do it on your own. I sent him away just by paying the diagnostic charges and called a different guy who fixed my Air conditioner only for $165.

Our GE hot water heater flooded after only 9 yrs with a 25 yr warranty. We were assigned Sensa air. They replaced unit with a rheem which began bubbling from the top and reflooded our basement. When I called I was sworn at and told it wasn't their fault, get the # off the side and call the factory and when I had the part they would come and fix it. I appealed to the Home Depot Manager who called and he also was sworn at and hung up on. Home Depot honored the warranty and explained they no longer do business with this warranty. The swearing at me and at the manager was inappropriate.
