Thanks Pablo for having my AC leaking problem resolved in a very timely and professional way! He’s very patient to explain all the details and causes to me and show me what he is fixing, and I really appreciate his attitude of not treating me as an irrelevant person who just pay money without knowing what’s going on. Highly recommend him!

Pablo came within an hour of my call to fix my A/C unit, which wasn't blowing cooling air. He explained everything, finished within about 20 minutes, and was on his way--all with a pleasant and professional manner. I'd call him again if needed.

Pablo is simply THE BEST! I've worked with him all over my condo - from lighting, to PTAC replacement, plumbing and cabinet installation. I've recommended him to several of my friends and will continue to hire him for my construction needs! He ensures a good price, and is QUICK which is a god send these days. I was left hanging by a terrible company (went through an insurance company) to replace a PTAC unit in July. After 4 months of empty promises, I called Pablo and he had a new one purchased and installed within a week. LITERALLY saved me from melting. Hire him - you won't be disappointed!!!

What a joker! I’ll not knock his technical skill because he was able to properly diagnose the HVAC problem. However, Pablo Zapata is severely lacking as a service professional. He had little understanding of standard practices in providing quotes and invoicing. He is also very flippant ,unorganized, and prone to shortcutting every problem. He repeatedly changed his quoted prices and attempted to double charge me on two occasions. If you’re a landlord or take customer service/professionalism seriously, please stay away.

Timely, responsive and great work done ! Our garbage disposal was broken and kitchen sink clogged . Pablo came over within an hour/half and replaced it with a new one ! Friendly and great work ethics . Thank you Pablo!!!
