I highly recommend Zapata's HVAC Systems! Pablo was quick to respond to my cry for help with my washer. He arrived exactly when he said he would be there. He explained everything he was doing and why he believed it would help in the diagnostic. He even showed me a couple of things about my washer that I didn't know and I am a person who reads the manual from cover to cover before using anything. He is honest and won't make you spend money that you don't need to. He will do everything he can to repair instead of replace if it is financially feasible to do so. Pablo was able to fully diagnose the problem and did not get offended when I told him that my husband would probably be able to replace the parts himself. Pablo offered to be available should my husband find that he would like some help with the project. His prices are very reasonable too! He will definitely be first on our list of people to call should we need any of the services he offers in the future!

Pablo hasn't even started the work and I wanted to say how amazing he is already. We contacted another business locally in our area who told us that they couldn't even get to our home until next Tuesday. There was a second business that we contacted and they couldn't get to us until "possibly" tomorrow. I found Pablo on yelp. He responded immediately and came the same day. He explained upfront what his charges were and how he would diagnose our issue. He contacted us before he arrived, he was on time, very professional, polite and down to earth. He explained in detail what the issue was and how he planned to resolve it. I would recommend Pablo and his business to everyone!!!!

Pablo was immediately responsive, quick and efficient. Once here he was resourceful, considering all causes of the water left in the bottom of our dishwasher, diagnosing the problem and temporarily leaving to obtain a part; he was mindful of getting one that would be right for our model. It now works as good as new.
While he was here, he fixed two other appliances! He was easy to talk with and presented as trustworthy and confident in his skills. Both my husband and I were impressed and would call him again.

HVAC blew out 3:30am on a day (Saturday) we would be flirting with triple digit temperatures. I called and left a message. Got a text a little before 7am, Pablo arrived 30 mins later and the unit was up and running shortly after that. Pablo was a life saver. He will be my go to for all heating, cooling, plumbing etc. from now on.

I called Pablo Zapata after he got a great plumbing review on Nextdoor Watson. I was wanting a couple toilet repairs done, one for a toilet that half flushed and another that the water would not stop running. He was AMAZING and came out right away. In additional to fixing these issues with ease he also looked at some other plumbing and appliance issues we had around our house. He got them ALL done and addressed on the SAME appointment!
This included fixing our freezer that was intermittently leaking onto the kitchen floor, replacing a kitchen faucet that leaked under our sink as well as installing a new toilet in a different bathroom!!
I went out and bought a new toilet and kitchen faucet with his advice as he worked to finish the original toilet work and then he installed these things as soon as I got back. He was VERY efficient and reasonable!
He also looked at my dishwasher and clothes washer that were not draining properly and smelling. He told me what parts to order which I have done and he will be back soon to get these appliances working their best.
He is very personable, loves dogs and more than exceeded our expectations. We will continue to use him in the future for plumbing/HVAC repairs and any other handyman work he can and is willing to do. ❤️ You won’t be disappointed. 🙂

Pablo was great! He came out promptly after our fridge broke on a hot summer day. With all our food in coolers, we were worried we would have to wait a long time for a part to be ordered, or even have to buy a whole new refrigerator. Pablo quickly figured out what was wrong (motherboard and compressor capacitor) and had the parts he needed with him. He was friendly, professional, and took the time to explain to me what was wrong. He texted us when he was heading our way with an accurate ETA, which was so appreciated. He will now be our go-to guy for all appliance and HVAC problems in this older home.
