These guys are Scam artists at their finest! So my heating unit stopped working, there was just cold air coming out but not hot air. I have Old Republic Home protection Warranty who captured my details and said the ticket is out to their 'preferred' vendors and someone would get back to me. Within 2 hrs that evening, Isam called and let me know he'll be coming by before 2pm the next day. He did show up on time and was led to the HVAC unit downstairs. Upon seeing some rust he made a quick assessment that the unit is old and needs replacement. Granted the HVAC is 15 year old, but I had a gut feeling it wasn't as drastic as this guy made it seemed. He took the easy route, looks rusted, recommend replacement. He didn't bother diagnosing the issue or look in detail whether the unit can be salvaged to make it work. This guy is a scam artist! If zero stars were an option, I'd select negative star. His estimate was $2701 for the replacement of just the heating element. He wanted $325 for electrical, $420 for flue, $700 for sheet metal, Disposal is $70, a 220, 271 and 225 charges with no details, pump is $295 and drain is $175. This was on-top of the $1100 he would be getting from Old Republic (the warranty company) to finish this replacement work. I immediately said, I would get a second opinion on the issue and set him packing with his $100 assessment fee for telling me I needed a new heating system. The second opinion company said I needed a new draft motor. I should have looked at these review before having this company enter my home. Run as far away as possible from this company! Look at yelp for other options.

(Sam) Isam Zaghal cashes his company Sensa Air checks with me. I cashed a check for him for $5,100 and it bounced back. When I told Sam, he said he will come to fix the issue. It has been one month and he never came. This company is dodging all of our calls. I am filing criminal charges on Isam Zaghal for theft with the state of Maryland. My recommendation is to stay away from this criminal.

Have been using this company for many years. An electrical storm damaged our outdoor air conditioning unit in the middle of the summer and the unit was replaced the next day. They were very busy on short notice and they showed up at 9 pm on a Saturday night and replaced my unit. Hard to find a company that takes that much care of you. They are very professional and very courteous.

Horrible experience. I was charged an outrageous amount for freon. Sam had verbally agreed that if my home warranty company did not cover the bill for $1,081.00 he would make it right. He never did and still has not as of today, 3 months later.

Prompt, dedicated and clean. Sam and his crew showed up and quickly made the repairs necessary. They cleaned up behind their selves and were very friendly. Great team and great job.

Sam was great. He installed my unit about 8 years ago. He's work was fast, clean and reliable.

I need to agree with the rest of the reviewers and say that this company is horrible! They sent me a text message for a service call window, two hours after the service call window was over no not still showed up! Emailing Better Business Bureau immediately!

Do not use this company at all!!!!!!! Sam is a joke. Fraudulent!!!!!
