At some point during the night, our water heater died and spilled its guts on our basement floor. Clark & Co. did their best to try to get us hot water even though the weekend was staring us all in the face. But they succeeded! We appreciated their dedication to getting the job done!

Since buying a house that needed extensive plumbing work, Thomas E Clark has been my go-to for all my plumbing issues, large and small. Whether it’s a big job like replacing all my copper pipes with PEX or installing a new tankless water heater or something small like a leak under the kitchen sink, they are always professional, polite, detail-oriented, and focused on getting the job done right. I highly recommend them, and a special shout-out to Chris, the owner, who has stopped by on his own volition just to check in on how a job is going!

Thomas E Clark provided outstanding customer service replacing my boiler unit. My experience was fantastic from the moment I scheduled the initial estimate. We were lucky to have Matt & Bryan service our minisplits today. Wow - they were fantastic and so thorough -- I couldn't believe it! It was our first time using Thomas E Clark and couldn't be more pleased to have switched to new technicians. They noticed a few things out of their purview that needed to be fixed (found a small leak in our boiler), and they flagged right away which was so appreciated as we wouldn't have noticed. Also, they couldn't have been more respectful -- even letting me know when there might be noise so I can move to another room during calls etc.

T. E. Clark is my go-to place for plumbing, heating, and air conditioning. I like to support local businesses and T. E. Clark has never disappointed. They are accommodating of schedule needs, and their technicians are punctual, friendly, and competent. A water leak problem that I suspected was related to the condensate pump on a heating system unit took a bit longer to repair because the heating system crew that first came could not locate it. However, the made arrangements for a plumbing crew to come a couple of hours later. The second crew came and was able to trace (several inspection holes on the ceiling) the leak to a copper line that connects to the condensate pump. The plumbing crew contacted the first crew to explain and made arrangements for them to return and fix it, which they did. I am pleased overall with the resourcefulness of the company and impressed by their ability to respond and adjust. It took a bit longer and, in the end, cost a bit more than I anticipated but I am happy and relieved that the problem is fixed.

Our experience with Chris H. of Thomas Clark was exceptional. He promptly responded to a plumbing emergency and concluded that DC Water was responsible for the repair. He helped us navigate the red tape, which was no easy task and was able to connect our system to our next door neighbor's outdoor hose so we would have water while this problem was resolved. All for the price of a service call! He couldn't have been nicer or more professional. We are eternally grateful!

We had an emergency situation when we detected a leak in our basement and Thomas E Clark came right to the rescue. Our technician, Gene, came straight away to fix our leak on a Sunday. He was extremely professional and knew exactly how to handle/ fix our situation. This was the second time we have called on Thomas E Clark and I want to highly recommend the company. They are an honest and hard working team!

We switched to Thomas E Clark a year ago for heating/HVAC service and other work. Most recently they did the bi-annual service and replaced an old pressure valve. We have been consistently impressed with the quality of work, professionalism of staff, and excellent customer service.
