I've used Thomas E Clark for multiple issues with our house. The staff from the office to the crew onsite have been superb with communication and service provided. The job gets done. I can't speak to comparing prices since I am happy with them and don't call around. Great company.

Estimation $300 ~500 for fixing a leaking tap of jacuzzi, is it reasonable?

They've been our plumbers since 1999, and we're always happy with their work. They also replaced our furnace a couple of winters ago. These guys were my grandma's plumber while she was alive. Cool that they've been around so long!

Our heater stopped working, and they were able to bring someone out the next day. The technician was able to diagnose the problem and narrowed it down to a faulty pressure switch. He explained the problem to me clearly and was very articulate -- evidence to me that he had a deep understanding of his expertise. After dealing with CroppMetcalfe who just took our money without diagnosing the problem, Thomas E Clark technician (Matt) seemed like a saint.

I love this company. The plumber was called on a Friday afternoon. We were told it would be 3 or 4 hours. It took less than 2 hours. He was totally professional! I have added Thomas E. Clark as my go to plumbing company!

Had complete heating and a/c system replaced. 2 workers showed up early morning and that evening they finished with everything in working order. Very happy with the work that was completed by the 2 workers very polite and very good at what they were doing. If you need heating and a/c work this is the company to call.

We’ve been using Thomas Clark since 2011, first for plumbing when we were in a rental, then for both plumbing and HVAC once we bought a house. This company is very reputable! We just had a repair on our heating system, and a 2nd problem popped up in the element right next to the repaired piece. Instead of trying to figure out whether this was just our bad luck or the repair of the 1st piece caused a problem with the 2nd piece, they just agreed to take care of it. These guys are fast and reliable and they stand by their work!

Just had my AC serviced. The technician diagnosed the problem very quickly and he was very friendly and helpful. No problems there. However, the problem was a bad capacitor. The technician quoted a price of $199. That seemed extremely high but my house was hot so I agreed to have him replace it. I just googled the part number and the capacitor cost $29 for next day delivery. I understand a company needs to have a mark-up to pay for the cost of carrying the parts on their trucks, but this is excessive and exploitive. So sick of dishonest companies that take advantage of you when you need their help. I guess I will have to google each and every part and fix it myself whenever something like this happens again. I suggest anyone reading this do the same. Anyone can replace an AC capacitor themselves.

We have a house full of company and of course our hot water heater goes out. I needed it replaced in a hurry and Clark's came the same day and took care of everything. Cleaned up after themselves very well and the tech was very professional and courteous. Great service.

Great response time and resolution of my issue. On an extremely cold weekend last winter the service technician diagnosed a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace and replaced my furnace the next day. My previous company had misdiagnosed the problem and told me to use my furnace for short periods of time to stay warm. I later learned that had I listened to that company I could have died from carbon monoxide exposure. Thomas E Clark cares about their customers!!!!
