We have been using Thomas E Clark for over 25 years. Without exception, every plumber has been very capable, friendly and really neat. Job sites never need "further cleanup."

The plumber who fixed two of our toilets was not only competent and efficient, but he explained what he was doing in clear terms. He was also pleasant on a personal level. In addition, it was easy to make an early appointment for the work. We have used Thomas E. Clark for years -- new furnace last year, for example -- and have found them capable and consistent. Their prices are not out of line with others in the business, which is not to say cheap. We have no complaints.

They had a tight spot for the water heater replacement, but they made it work. It looks great, and their efforts are appreciated. We will certainly call on them for future services.

I've used other plumbing companies in the past. While I was satisfied with some of their repairs, there were other repairs that were sloppy and just infuriated me. I swore I'd never let them back in my house. My brother recommended Thomas E Clark who he had been using for years.
The repairs I needed this time, I was sure would call for expensive replacements. However, the service man was able to repair everything with just a few turns of a wrench on one, some plumbing tape on another, and just a simple unclogging of hair in the drain. They certainly could have taken advantage of me but didn't. That is the sign of an honest company and I will certainly use them again.

The technician came early, and he got the job done correctly and quickly. He was friendly, professional and polite.

Full disclosure up front: I did not use this company for home maintenance. However, I had a very positive encounter with one of their employees (Devon) when I needed a jump for my vehicle. He dropped what he was doing to help a stranger out and was professional and courteous throughout. I think this speaks to the quality of employees at this company, who obviously put people first, even when it's inconvenient. If I need any maintenance issues resolved, I'll call this company first.
