    My furnace was not producing any heat so I got in contact with Fast Response Heating and Cooling. They were very responsive and scheduled a day that worked best for me to send a technician out. I received a call from the technician (Nate) who gave me a 30 min heads up which gave me enough to to get to the house. He arrived and was extremely professional, attentive and respectful . I showed him the system and within seconds he diagnosed it and promptly repaired it. Provided with information about heating systems that I was inquiring about, cleaned up and was done. I was extremely impressed with his knowledge and speed as to which he diagnosed and fixed the problem. I would recommend based on MY experience with them.

    Unfortunately, I had to use this company through American Home Shield and they suck!
    Twice, I made a claim and my problem was and still not fixed.
    When I made the call, I told the lady on the phone I was not available before 12 pm since no one is home before then. First time he showed up after 12 pm, great!
    The problem was not fixed so I had to call back. Second time I get a call around 10
    Am saying a technician was on the way, and I explained that I will not be home.
    I had to call again to check the status of my service request and they didn't help at all. The so called "Supervisor" Nicholas, was rude and did not offer any help.
    They expect me to wait a week with a broken heating unit when it is around 30° f outside because they only have one senior technician!?
    Unfortunately I cannot give zero or even negative stars. One star is one too many.
    **Update: after coming twice already, the problem persist and still not being taken seriously. I KEEP ASKING THEM FOR AN AFTERNOON APPOINTMENT AND THEY KEEP TRYING TO SHOW UP EARLY. And as this keeps happening, we keep rescheduling the appointment. Unacceptable.

    Nate was awesome. After I told him my problem. He went right to the problem and had it fixed in less than 10 minutes. He was very professional but had no problem answering my questions about his job. If I ever have another AC/Heat problem, I hope they send Nate.

    FR did a furnace replacement for me a few years ago and have done yearly maintenance work for me since. Every year, the tech arrives promptly and ensures everything is running smoothly. Impetuous service and fantastic quality, I'm going to continue going forwards with them for my HVAC work.

    This is company is absolutely HORRIBLE!! I was placed in their care for my home due to the warranty company that I currently use. They have been disrespectful, rude... lied to my warranty company stating that they completed repairs that they did not do. The dispatcher Nicholas is rude, speaks over you and tells you that you can't talk to anyone else but him and is very aggressive and argumentative. He is not helpful and has horrible customer service! Not only did they lie to the warranty company and tell them the repairs were completed on March 24th, they don't even have record of the date that they were at my home for a service call on March 15th and I have video and texts messages to show when the contractor was on my property. Now, explain to me why you don't have record of a service call to my home and I have your technician on my cell phone via text message and on video on my property? When you look up who you SHOULD NOT have servicing for your HVAC system, their name and logo should definitely be front and center. ZERO STAR service!!

    Nate from Fast Response came out to diagnose and fix a heating system that struggled thru a recent cold snap. He notified us when he was on his way (always greatly appreciated) and was extremely professional throughout. He took the time to show me and explain the issue that he fixed, as well as provided additional insight into keeping up our system. We will definitely be reaching out to Nate and his team for future maintenance and repairs. Easily recommend

    I could not list a service they did or give a minus 10 rating because they did not service anything and "customer service" was rude and unprofessional. Referred to my home for a HVAC issue by our home warranty AHS. If i would have read the non paid reviews I would have seen they have a horrible reputation with warranty customers. 6 weeks later after 2 near fire breakdowns and being lied to twice that they replaced the motor, and it was now a "Relay Switch" that would take 7-10 more days they set up appointments for us to be home for service only to NO CALL/NO SHOW twice. After being told we were stuck with them by AHS. I reminded them of who the customer was, and we were not STUCK even if we had to pay for a second opinion HVAC professional. Thank God we did, he was very honest and open and immediately called me over to show that the original motor to the unit was burned up and still in the unit and had not been replaced as we were told. He also showed me that FRHC techs had rigged 2-7.5 amp =15 amps to the worn out 12 amp max original motor most likely causing the 2nd burn out. The real tech said it should never have taken this long to do our service and he supplied me with a full report, pics and all of the fraudulent service by FRHC and I fully plan on taking this matter to litigation if I am not refunded my out of pocket expenses. It took the new technician 2 hours to replace the motor and capacitors and fix what FRHC messed up, and we were lied to again by FRHC because the motor and capacitors are common and he had a replacement motor and capacitors on his truck. No ordering and waiting for weeks. Do not embarrass yourselves further with just another fake apology response as you have to other reviews. Your blatant dishonesty and mistreatment of warranty customers speaks for itself.

    Seems to be a trend with home warranty usage and one star reviews but here we are. Had them at my home as was getting a slow drip through a light fixture which ended up being a condensation build up in my flex line duct work. Seemingly an easy fix which the tech said he would turn in and get back with me once approved. After a week plus had gone by found out through HW that no diagnosis had ever been sent. Called FR which they said duct work usually not covered and would send me a quote to repair but i told them my plan did include duct work and all they needed to do was submit the diagnosis in. Continued to get the run around for 2 more weeks and was informed FR said they would not be coming back to my property and for me to get a 2nd opinion. This was not a big job, tech told me maybe $200, so feels to me there wasn't much in it for them to fool with so they just blew me off and wasted 3 weeks of my time. Will never have FR to my home again regardless of the size of the job.

    These guys were appointed to me through homeshield, They were prompt to call me and schedule an appointment for Saturday which is okay because I don't work Saturday. They called me Friday and left a voicemail with no information to call them back and then when I called back the girl on the phone was rude. She advised me that I was rescheduled for Friday. People don't make same day plans like that. I asked her if we could reschedule to Saturday. She said they don't make appointments on Saturday, I asked her then why was I scheduled Saturday? She said it was in an error. You can't provide the service. Don't offer the service. The girl had an attitude the entire time I was talking to her. I told her to cancel the appointment. I wasn't interested in doing business with them. Literally because of one rude person.
