Grainger Industrial Supply

I order a lot of tools and supplies from Grainger. They always have the items quickly and for a great price. Great representaives work there.

This place had my back for sure! I wish I had made them my first choice of shopping before running around to multiple hardware stores without success of finding the drill bit I needed. There was no wait time and there was an easy check out process. The staff was super friendly.

As a business owner and maintenance company I need parts on time as ordered. This has repeatedly been the worst location for getting parts on time I have to use. They usually have the parts but cannot find them or notify me when they are in. If any small business acted like this they wouldn't be in business long. Do better

Ordered parts supposed to have been delivered the next day. Part did not arrive. Made a special trip to the store to pick up the part. UPS’s fault.

However, customer service agent Robert was very helpful and arranged to have the part shipped to my house.

I had to speak with the regional program manager Frank over the phone and he was very very rude and condescending. Definitely do not recommend Grainger if this is how they teach their employees to speak to customers.

Great place was able to get what I needed in reasonable amount of time

Usually have what you need with awesome service, but they close earlier than you would expect.

Selection was pretty great. Love this place.
