Put in a request for hvac repair through our home warranty and they came out the next day, figured out the problem, ordered parts and came back three days later! Both techs we had were very nice, professional & efficient. Thank you for the fast turn around!

I was referred to Fast Response Services by a friend in Louisville when I was having some issues with my AC. The owner, who is a very personable guy, came and helped me out. He was honest and told me upfront what the problem was; he didn't make any false promises to sell me something that I didn't need or want.

I was having an issue with my heating unit and I contacted Fast Response Services. They offered to come out the same day and after assessing the problem and they advised to do a replacement than a repair. They also did furnace installation for us.

We were so overwhelmed when our furnace stopped working. Luckily, we had Fast Response Services give us a call and found out that the furnace needed to be replaced. We couldn't believe it ourselves. The company had us replace our old furnace with a new one and gave us discounts on installation as well. It's all been working great ever since.

Our service today was quick and easy. The technician called ahead, was on time, friendly and efficient. They were referred to us by our home warranty service, but the honesty about true need and responsive service will have us calling them in the future for service.

Do not use! They are the last company you should trust when you need help. Seriously, choose your neighbor Bob before these guys.
