Fast Response Heating & Cooling

FastResponse installed a new air conditioner in my home. This is a brand new home and I was looking for a reliable company in the Louisville Area to do some AC installs. and now that I know I can trust them, I will be having them do 5 other ac installs in my new home. Cheers :)

Nate is crooked as a dog’s hind leg, he speaks out his behind .This guy looks you straight in the eye and tells you a bald face lie , this company is working for AHS and they would rather tell you your 29 year old air conditioner is perfectly fine when clearly it no longer repairable , don’t trust a word they say its all a lie they only care about the money , there is absolutely no customer service they only want to take advantage of a senior citizen “should be ashamed of themselves “ maybe we’ll see obviously they don’t care about people VERY BAD PEOPLE

Our HVAC system stopped working (no airflow) and they were able to send someone out the next day and fixed it immediately. Roman (the technician) was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was willing to explain what he was doing and was very efficient in his troubleshooting process. The process was made extremely easy and we will use them again. Very happy with their work.

We had Fast Response come out again to tune up our second HVAC unit. I will note that it did take a few days for them to reach out to me to schedule this after the work order was submitted through American Home Shield. I did not try reaching out to them myself as this was just for a time up and we didn’t need it performed immediately. When our other unit stopped working (see above), they were much more prompt. This time Nate came out to help us. Again, he was very courteous and knowledgeable. He was willing to explain what he was doing and was willing to answer all of my questions. He completed the tune up quickly.

It looks like their technicians are trained really well/are great people. So far, I have had a very positive experience with them and would recommend them to others.

After a fuse in my air conditioner broke, Fast Service was able to send out a technician who figured out the exact problem with my AC and was able to finish the AC repair within an hour. I appreciate the work they did and I'd recommend them to others!

Nate was fantastic! Showed up on time and was super friendly and informative about options down the road for an eventual repair of my ancient Air conditioner.

I scheduled a routine check & clean on my furnace. Nate called to report he'd be en route to my home within about ten minutes. He arrived timely. He was professional used protective covers on his shoes before starting his work. I've had other service providers to come to my home without doing so. The fact he took this extra measure was a plus in my book. Nate worked effectively and timely while educating me on my unit.
