I had no shortage of trouble with the office.
However, Nate showed up exactly when he said he would. He completed the repair completely.
Nate was professional, knowledgeable, and very friendly. Someone I would invite to family dinner.

Over the last month, I had been having issues with my furnace. It would randomly shut off before turning on again. I reached out to Fast Response, and they sent out a technician who was able to immediately identify the issue, give me a very reasonable estimate, and have the furnace up and running normally by the end of the day. The entire process was quick and painless, thank you so much Fast Response!

Roman was very professional, attentive, courteous, knowledgeable, and informative. Roman was very thorough when diagnosing the problem. Everything was repaired and my fear was calmed once I realized it was not as serious or as costly as I thought it would be. We always think the worst when we have HVAC issues, but Roman put my mind at ease. I loved his positive attitude, candor, and honesty. Definitely a great experience.

Would've recvd 5 stars if original date of service was completed. However, second attempt was much more pleasant. Received call (not straight to voice mail), technician Nate was prompt, professional, completed work timely and effectively. Fast Response arrived the same day I called about an AC installation. The workers were friendly and informative, and the air conditioner was fully installed within 30 minutes. Incredible technicians and an equally incredible company!

Fast Response = Inaccurate Diagnosis!

This is day three of contacting this company and no response or text. This is the worst Hvac company I’ve dealt with.

This will be the second time that I use this company (2nd is not by choice) and both times they have given the me the wrong diagnosis on why the air doesn’t work.

The second time I was referred to them I told my home warranty company that I did not want to deal with this company because it would be a waste of time and money and sure enough…waste of time and money and my tenant is still without air.

This company is a joke.

My technician Kevin was beyond knowledgeable and professional. He diagnosed the problem quickly and repaired it. I have used Fast Response in the past and highly recommend Kevin and Fast Response.

We had a problem with our furnace and Fast Response Services was able to come out same day for the repair. He was very professional, skilled and courteous. They were able to provide us a quote before starting which made me feel better about the whole situation.
