New whole house generator was installed in professional and efficient manner . The installers were very friendly and polite. I use John Waters for all A/c and heating issues .
Service tech was friendly, knowledgeable, on time, and pleasant to talk with. I was aware of the $89 diagnostic fee. The work to be completed was adding a 1/2 in PVC elbow and about 2 feet of PVC pipe for a AC condensation drain. The work took 15 minutes and the bill was $279. Last I checked the materials for the job are about $20. The labor fee and mark up for such a small job was EXCESSIVE, in my opinion. I contacted the business prior to providing this feedback but received no response.
From the start, Cathy from the service dept. (I think) is kind, attentive and genuinely fun to talk to. Brett has worked on our unit and family members and we are all so happy with the work he does and how he communicates with us. He is a great person and I trust him 100%. Thank John Waters for great service. Kinda like the olden days when people really knew how to work.

They replaced our entire furnace and added air conditioning for our home 9 years ago. We’ve had very few problems with the system, but when something has come up, they were very responsive and affordable. They are always available and work quickly to get us taken care of. We highly recommend John Waters.
Heating system quit - called John Waters Company about 9:30 PM - I have maintenance agreement with them - received call back about 10 PM - arranged with technician to come in morning to check system. He arrived about 9 and fixed system. Recommended to replace heat exchanger. Technician arrived few days later and replaced it. Excellent service/ competent and reassuring technician -John Abell.
The service tech, Brett, came out to see what was wrong with my heat pump fan. He worked for abut thirty minutes, came back in and it was working!!! I monitored it for the rest of the evening and there were no hiccups. I am very grateful to Brett and John Waters for fixing me up!!! I will definitely use them again when needed!!!
