My heat went out late Saturday night on one of the coldest nights of the year. A tech was able to come out within a couple hours of my call on Sunday morning. He was able to get me back up and running within 30 minutes. Fantastic service!

We just moved to the La Grange, KY area. When our AC stopped working we called John Waters. They sent John A. out right away. He arrived when they said he would and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently. We also called John Waters for some electrical work and they sent Drew. He listened to what we needed and did a great job, even cleaning up afterwards. I recommend them highly for both electrical and HVAC. They also service our GENERAC whole house generator. They are conscientious, efficient, knowledgeable, show up on time, warranty their work and do a great job overall. We are considering signing up for a maintenance plan with them because we trust them. Can't recommend them enough.

Our service technician, Stephen Oughton, did a very good job of servicing our furnace. He was prompt and courteous, replaced our old filter, told us how the furnace was running. We have had him at our home before and have always been satisfied. He's a keeper.

Awesome service! They did duct work for us and put in a new unit a year ago, which runs like a dream. Just came for the second free tuneup which comes with purchase, and they're so nice! Don't hesitate to use them!

What can I truely say ? I called in morning .they worked my schedule since I work 3rd shift ,The tech,John arrived on time and told me exactly what was wrong ! And why this happens He fixed and my unit has worked PERFECTLY since he repaired ,
Also,when I called i was informed without asking that I wad under warranty and just needed best time to come out ! I have NO REGRETS working with John Waters from the day I called to have unit installed to any correspondence that I have had with them .

I went through two or three HVAC companies before I found John Waters. I've been using them for four or five years. They're competent, thorough, and most important, honest. I highly recommend them.

I am giving 4 stars because we couldn't get together on the price for a new unit. The gentleman was very thorough and methodical in his load calculations, and called back later in the day with a firm price. I thanked him for his time but explained we have a budget we have to stick to, which he understood but didn't really seem interested in what that budget was or in making the sale.

This place is great. I picked them because of the average google rating and Joe did not dissapoint. I called at 4:45 on a Friday and he was here by 5:15. He was fair, honest and explained everything in detail - you could tell he genuninely likes what he does. We had a different outfit in here a few months back and they screwed some things up. Joe helped us find an economical plan of action to fix everything. I will be recommending them to everyone.

Workers call before they arrive and arrive in a timely fashion. They are friendly. Work is completed well. I have had no complaints with this company except I feel they are a tad overpriced. However I don't have other companies to compare them with (except prices my neighbors have quoted from other similar companies) so I would recommend them.

I had my entire HVAC system replaced 5 months ago and it's running beautifully! The tech did a fine job installing the system. The cost was almost half the price other local estimates I received. I'm just all around happy with their service!
