I cannot say enough positive things about this company! They were easy to work with, explained exactly what went wrong with our old furnace, and were incredibly thourough with their estimate and installation. They were honest, didn’t try to push things on us we couldn’t afford, and cleaned up after themselves. They are locally owned and absolutely awesome!

Overall, we've had a great experience with John Waters. They performed an HVAC installation and two service appointments for us in the last year. Technicians are friendly, timely, knowledgeable and respectful.

Have used John Waters for years for all of my HVAC needs. My very old furnace finally reached the end of its useful life this year and was able to quickly get evaluation, quote, financing and installation within a week (with cold weather approaching), Very happy with the service, install, and courtesy and professionalism of all JW employees with whom I've interacted.

Troy did an excellent job of diagnosing and fixing the problem. Very professional, friendly and extremely knowledgeable. They even got there 2 hours before they thought they would. Also great follow-up from the company. We won't use any other company!

John Abell came out to our house today and was very thorough, friendly and professional.
We had a blown capacitor -which is about as inexpensive as it gets. I was very impressed that they did not try to up sell us or charge for unnecessary repairs.

This company continues to provide fast competent service, always on time, or in fact early, to appointments. Very responsive to our needs. I do recommend calling by phone rather than using the online form to request service.

My AC/heat pump wouldn't turn on, so no heat or cooling at all. I called at 8am on a Monday and they scheduled me in for that afternoon! I've used John Waters twice in the past because they've been able to find/repair electrical HVAC problems that other heating companies ignored/couldn't find or properly fix repairs previously done by other contractors. This time, they found two electrical shorts and had my AC running in no time. They also took care not to overcharge me for the work! I've learned the hard way not to use anyone but John Waters!
