After receiving several estimates for a new HVAC system (5 years ago), I went with the John Waters Company. One reason was the professional manner of the salesman. I felt that he listened to what I needed in a unit, then took the time to measure and discuss my options. I felt I was getting a fair price compared to the other estimates. Since then, I have contracted with them to do the spring and fall servicing. They contact me to set up appointment, contact me on that day to let me know status of arrival time. The service person has always conducted themself professionally and answer any questions I have. I highly recommend the John Waters Company for anyone needing an HVAC System or servicing!

This is the second time that I've used them for an issue with my AC and both times the staff was very professional and efficient. I will only use them in the future! They could have ran up a pretty large bill doing various checks, but instead gave me a couple options that I could choose from. Troy was very personable and professional! He explained what steps he was taking and why for everything he did.

Dennis came and fixed our air conditioning last week. We loved him. He was very nice, explained everything to us and when he went to go fix the problem we were already feeling cooler in about 5 minutes. He was honest, thorough and talked to us about the issue, the things that he needed to do, and the pricing and let us have a private discussion to make our decision whether to let him go ahead. Unlike most companies we have dealt with he gave us private time to figure out our payment plan for the work. My husband is a construction contractor who doesn't touch air and heating. Dennis was very cool and honest and helpful to us. He is going to start using this company for all his hvac recommendations!!

Big furnace problem and technician was here early this morning. As always, polite and helpful technician. Then the gentleman who measures and determines what size unit you need came right away to give me information and a quote. Excellent service from this company always.

Fantastic service! A technician quickly responded to my emergency call over the weekend when my heater stopped working and the outside temperature was low! Instead of paying the emergency rate for a house visit, the technician spent time on the phone listening to the issue and provided suggestions that temporarily fixed the problem. The office called me first thing Monday to schedule an appointment and the problem was fixed before noon! Thanks!

These guys take care of our heating & air. They always do a good job. Always courteous and professional. They got John out to fix our A/C today (I called this morning, since it quit working last night) and he got the job done, plus the annual cleaning. He was even nice to our curious cats. Great people.

Absolutely love these guys and gals, can't recommend them highly enough! I had a whole new system installed back towards the beginning of the year, and the AC was struggling to keep up with the recent heat wave. I called them when I came home to the house in the 80s (after hours), and a tech was at my house within half an hour, identified the issue, and had my system strung back together for the next day until they could get the parts for a permanent fix. Everything was covered under warranty, but that didn't stop them from going the extra mile to make sure everything was fixed, cleaned up, and in absolutely perfect condition before they left!

Cardio Chef

I have a PTAC wall unit that was making a lot of noise. A technician came to my home and he was very inexperienced. Could not find the reason for the noise so he stuck cardboard sheets between the wall and the unit to try to reduce noise. Did not service the unit or clean it. Could not offer advice for replacement. This totaled 160$ for 30 min of services rendered. I ended up taking the unit out the next day by myself, to find that 2 important screws were missing from the fan casing which was rattling and causing the noise. After discussing with the company the possibility of a discount I was promised a call back but did not hear back.

Addendum: As a response to this post the company did call back and offered a 50% discout for the services offered.

Very courteous on the phone call to get service scheduled, extremely fast responding to our need, the technician explained everything well and was very pleasant. Couldn't have asked for a better service call.
