AC not working. Called and John Waters responded quickly.

John Waters called me yesterday to remind me of my scheduled 6-month service appointment. the service tech showed up today on time, professional and friendly, quickly resolved my A/C and furnace issues, and answered all my questions. several years ago, both my furnace and A/C went out simultaneously; John Waters handled the full replacement and installation. I signed up for the annual service contract, well worth the cost to keep my equipment in proper working condition, extend equipment life, and reduce/eliminate future breakdown costs.

We discovered that our home AC was out late one hot afternoon. The office was due to close ten minutes after our call, but the people at John Waters Inc. couldn't have been more pleasant and cooperative. As a service plan member, we were able to get a repair technician in less than two hours. Denis was personable and professional and answered all our questions. The problem was identified and repaired in less than an hour and temperatures were back to normal by bedtime. It is difficult to imagine a better experience under the circumstances. Well done!

Troy B. has provided excellent service since we had the HVAC unit installed in 2017. Always on time, very polite and professional. He has always left the work area and rest of the home as clean and neat as when he arrived. We have been very satisfied with our relationship with John Waters Inc. and the Bryant system they installed.

John was very courteous throughout his time in our home. We had to call him to look at our AC unit after my husband cut a line to it on a Sunday (one of the hottest days of 2018 so far). He was fair in his pricing considering it was a weekend, a Sunday, and hot. He got our unit running again pretty quickly. We will call them again when / if the need arises.

I was totally impressed by his efficiency and his expertise. John (the service tech) was more than happy to give me some pointers on how to keep my air conditioner running at peak levels. I will be replacing both my old A/C unit and my furnace in the near future.....and I think John Waters will be the company I will chose. I talked to a lot of friends trying to get recommendations but none were willing say say anything good about those repair services they had used. Angies List of such companies was much help either. So....I checked out the Better Business Bureau and found they had plenty of information on many of these companies. Seems I could find nothing negative on John Waters. Thus, I called them and was more than satisfied. They will be more of my business soon.....including electrical work that needs to be done.

The Service technician was of the highest professional quality. Fast, pleasant, knowledgeable with just the right price! Make John Waters your only choice for HVAC repair! Called on the weekend, air conditioner fixed first thing.

As always I knew I could depend on John Waters. Our furnace was incorrectly set up from the initial installation. We had the installer come in twice to fix it, and it was never fixed. The serviceman from John Waters was there a short time and figured out what the problem was, and fixed it the first time. We are very happy!! Your repairman was very personable and knew promptly what to do.

These guys were great! Easy to set the appointment and was updated throughout the day on their arrival time which was slightly delayed due to rain. Denis was the tech who showed up; he was very knowledgeable, fast, and clean without extra chatter or attempts to upsell me something - this is greatly appreciated as I work out of my home and try to keep distractions to a minimum. I highly recommend and will definitely use them again when confronted with something beyond my depth!

The technicians that work for John Waters are the best workers I have ever met. They know their job and won't steer you wrong. Troy and the others take their time and let you know every detail they are doing and answer any questions you may have. I highly recommend this company to do your HVAC work.
