John Waters team came to my home yesterday. I called late Tuesday and was scheduled for first run appointment the next day. They trouble shot wires at several outlets within my kitchen one of which was affecting my refrigerator from not operating. They were able to correct problem. Received excellent service. The team was efficient and cost very reasonable. I would high recommend John Waters for electrical needs. Ron and Sharon Milton

Excellent service! My air conditioner went out over Father’s Day weekend and it was 90 degrees in the House! I checked with my home warranty and the company they referred me to said they could not come out for 5 days! I decided to contact John Waters and they came out and fixed the air conditioner for a very reasonable price within 3 hours. I am very happy with there service and would refer anyone to them.

I was notified when the tech was on his way, and it was within the window of arrival. John did a thorough job and explained things as he went and had no problem with me hanging around and asking questions. The big concern for me was the 14 year old furnace and its status. Replaced the coil and other things in 2019 but the metal pan and such was showing rust.
John was able to allay my concerns. The next concern was the blowing out of "dime size dust flakes" out of my split unit. He explained how the split actually was structured and why that occurred and what was needed to fix the problem. He also explained it didn't hurt performance and even if cleaned it would come back in a few years and we would need to do it again. Or I could just keep vacuuming the particles. He called into the office to schedule a cleaning of the split unit.
Made my part easy.
Great experience. John was patient and considerate of my questions and concerns.

John Waters techs are great and the pricing is reasonable. Just serviced my new home and found a capacitor that was on the edge. He didn’t push to replace it but I want to prevent problems.

We lost our power due to a tree limb,we called John Waters and they were very quick and attentive on getting the issue resolved so that the power could be restored. They were very kind and courteous and would highly recommend them for any work you need to be done. And I appreciate that they followed up the next day to see if everything was done to our satisfaction.

UPDATE:

I had another company out this morning, to look at the unit again. They took the time and traced the power issue to an actual transformer problem. The circuit board that I replaced on the recommendation of John Waters was in fact fine, as it was not getting power to the board itself from the transformer. Thus no power at the time it was tested. Also this company did not charge me a penny after I showed them the receipt from John Waters, they offered a free second opinion. I wish you all luck in the future.

4 days ago I had a technician come to my house to diagnose an issue with a PTAC unit in my sun-room. The tech came and was here for about 20 minutes and informed me that the circuit board on the unit was bad as some of the connection posts where not getting voltage. I assumed they were correct thanked him for his time and paid $79 for the diagnoses. I ordered the part i needed and in two days installed the new board myself and the same problem persisted, no voltage to the thermostats posts on the circuit board. I called John Waters and explained the scenario and was told that because I did not let them replace the circuit board that I would be charged again for a visit. Now, I will preface my criticism of the company with I have used John Waters multiple times in the past without issues and great service provided, but I can no longer recommend nor procure service from a company that does not stand by their work.

Love this company. We've used in the past for our HVAC and have had great experiences every time. Tonight we had an electrical issue in the house. Called after hours on a Friday and my call was returned within a few minutes. An electrician was here promptly. He was courteous and worked quickly to diagnose the issue. He explained the problem and had our power back on in no time. I will continue to use them and recommend them to anyone I know for HVAC as well as electric work.

Updated 2021: Had some electrical work done for some remodeling I'm doing and they did a great job.
