John Waters Inc. was absolutely wonderful! From the lady who set up my appointment to the technician that was very knowledgeable and efficient! I am not very experienced with hvac systems, but the technician was patient and very kind while working! He showed me how to change my filter in the future and walked me through what he was doing and why he was doing it to help me understand what was going wrong with my unit! He also fixed the unit very quickly and stuck around after he reset to make sure everything was working correctly. I can not recommend them enough! Great experience and I will definitely be reaching out to them for any other Hvac issues or maintenance!
We live in an older house, and our HVAC system was getting close to 20 years old so it was getting time for a replacement. I had worked with John Waters previously for some HVAC service calls in our previous house so I figured I would see what they had to offer regarding new systems.
Mike was quick to respond and laid out multiple options for me, he was very on point in making sure I was kept updated on progress in regards to install date. He answered all my questions thoroughly (and I tend to ask a lot of questions)
In regards to price John Waters prices were competitive with other quotes I had gotten and they were able to work with me regarding financing (They had better financing options than other companies).
Kevin was the technician that came out and did the install. He was very professional and did an excellent job as there were zero problems during the install. Kevin also ensured that the workspace was cleaned up afterwards as well.
I would absolutely use John Waters again and plan to for any more HVAC related services.

I really like their bi-annual service plan. The twice a year visits make sure everything is in tune seasonally and provides a discount on replacement parts. They replaced our AC a few years ago and did not to to over-sell on the new equipment. The service techs have been friendly, timely and always clean up after the job.
Great experience! I had a long list of electrical services to be done - from bringing closet lights up to code, adding coach lights by the garage and another outdoor outlet. Because of the age and design of the house, some of the wiring took a great deal of time. John Waters sent a second technician and a supervisor to complete the work, and to look at what would be the best option. Work was done professionally, in a timely manner and at the rate quoted. The electricians took great care with my home, and cleaned up throughout the day so I hardly knew they'd been there. Highly recommend!

My air conditioning stopped working. I called John Waters. They came that day and were very polite and efficient. Mr. Abell found the problem was my capacitor and fixed it quickly. I would definitely recommend this company to others. I use them for our rental properties too. I have found them to be reliable and offer fair pricing. Thank you John Waters!
My air conditioner froze up and it was a scary situation. I called John Waters who I had recently contracted with to do my semi-annual maintenance and they sent someone (Joe) quickly. Joe was very professionally and explained what had happened and the cause. He worked to fix the situation, all along, patiently informing me of the next step and how my unit was responding. Joe was able to reach a successful outcome and my 10 year old unit has more life left in it.
The cost was not as high as I had expected given how long Joe worked and that he made multiple trips.
Very appreciative for Joe explaining everything so clearly so I understood my options.
I have no problem in recommending John Waters to other homeowners based on my experience this week.

Efficient, fiendly, knowledgeable technician diagnosed the motor as the culprit within moments of looking at the machine. He got the cost for parts, picked up the new motor, and had in installed in a hour.
I have an older system and he provided some wonderful advice on maintenance. Never pushed for a new system (like others I've had out before), completely understanding my desire to keep our old behemoth running for as long as possible (and financially feasible).
Will call again if I need anymore work done on our system.
