Accutemp Heating & Air

Last summer, 2022, our AC went out. We called Drexler and the tech said he could fix it but recommended a $15,000 replacement. We asked him to just fix it.
We recently had another problem and called AccuTemp. They sent Tim who talked straight and told us our AC is still under warranty (we recently bought the house). He also told us a replacement shouldn't cost more than $6,000 in his experience.
He came back today for a scheduled replacement of a coil in our furnace and to replace freon.
I highly recommend AccuTemp 5 out of 5. I suggest you ask for Tim.

I have used Accutemp Heating and Air for 22 years now. Today Alec Perez was out to do my annual 2 air conditioners units spring service. Happy to say that everything was good and now we can be assured that the summer season is taken care of. My service person was new to me. Alec was very courteous and efficient. Glad to see Accutemp has maintained their service by hiring qualified new technicians.

I called Accutemp to set up an appointment & the company appears to be closed for business. Phone was answered in a different business name and they are definitely not located where google says they are so I’m not sure what’s going on with this company, but if your trying to reach Accutemp don’t call here.

We have used Accutemp for years, and they have held up their standards of quality and service with full satisfaction. Logan Sexton was our technician this last time and he was extremely thorough in a very favored time frame. Technicians always have the customer in mind first and we appreciate that so much. Highly recommend using this company for all Heating and Air needs!!

I had Accutemp perform fall maintenance on my furnace. I was so impressed with Jeff. It was so nice to have such a professional full of knowledge doing the work.
Also had my A/C maintenance last week. I had a feeling it was time for a new unit. After hearing what Jeff had to say I decided on the spot to purchase from Accutemp. He took the time to explain everything in detail. So patient with my questions. He had it scheduled for installation within 3 days.

Best experience I have had with a Heating/Cooling Company. Dylan was the Tech who first came and noted my problems and offered solutions. Jeff followed up the next day with the pricing alternatives. I opted to have a new system installed and Dylan and Jeff were the installers. They did a super job. They both noted all the problems they corrected with the installation of the new HVAC system. Very professional, experienced, courteous, and great to work with. They both took the time to explain everything they did. Great job and reasonable priced. Both Jeff and Dylan are extremely dedicated, and work quickly and efficiently.

I decided a while back that I was going to replace my furnace and AC this fall due to the fact that it was 20 years old. I first used Accutemp back in March when Jeff came to check out my furnace and was immediately pleased with his kindness and professionalism. They came back last week to do a seasonal maintenance and I went ahead and purchased my air handler and furnace for install the 25th . I came home yesterday to find that my air had went out over the weekend. Not only did the office respond to my phone call promptly but they were able to get me on the schedule for my install 1st thing this morning. Jeff and Justin were on time and did an excellent job. It looks great in it feels wonderful. I can't recommend them enough.

I had routine maintenance done on my A/C unit. The technician, Alec, explained to me what he was doing and how the A/C was preforming by telling me the readings on the test he was doing. He was friendly and cleaned up when he was done. Good experience.

We had to replace our entire system. I was impressed with everyone involved in our job. I never felt pressured, felt they were 100% genuine, and they were also able to accommodate us quickly since our A/C went out in this 90 degree hot and humid weather. I was very impressed by the crew leader, Justin. He kept me in loop and took the time to explain everything to me. Our job won most complicated job due to a previous hack job. I also didn’t realize there is an art to installing systems, but wow Justin made our new system look really good. They ended up having to make a custom piece to add to the unit so we would just have one filter verses 3. We also purchased the Solace filter and UVA light never knew these existed. If you have allergies, asthma, or breathing problems you need to give them a call. I can’t believe how much better the air quality is and I haven’t even got our duct work cleaned yet which I am sure is disgusting since we never knew we had other filters to change in the old system. Also, Justin made sure everything was cleaned up before they left which I really appreciated since I have little ones. They were very thorough. It was a great experience!!
