I was extremely happy with Accutemp’s service. This company was the ONLY company that solved, diagnosed and fixed the issue that I was having with my air conditioner. Doug, Dave and Jason were amazing. The owner actually came to my house to discuss the details of my air conditioner problem. He made sure that I was not uncomfortable in the heat and he replaced my air conditioner blower and lowered the speed so that it worked correctly. Thank you Accutemp! ☺️
Logan was our technician today to perform routine maintenance on our AC. He arrived on time, introduced himself, made sure he had his shoes covered before entering our house. Very personable and so professional. He did a thorough job and explained to us what he did in layman terms. Asked if we had any questions. Before he left, he told us of we had any questions or problems to call. What a wonderful experience.
Saw their ad for a $49 AC check/service. Called and made an appointment that was a week and a half away. My appointment was for 5/29 between 9-11am. On the morning of the appointment, I get a call that they need to reschedule due to an emergency install. I very much understand that things happen and you need to take care of a customer who needs a new install. I was very accommodating and said "sure, when can you come out now?" The response I got was the earliest they could get to me was June 8th. Really?? I'm being understanding of my appointment being moved by the company and you move me to the back of the line?? The next appointment is almost another week and a half away. Terrible service out of the gate, I'm calling someone else who can service my system in a timely manner. Again, I was being understanding and accommodating, but they move me to the back of the line. I would have understood a day or 2. I'll spend my money elsewhere. Thanks but no thanks for the "great" $49 deal!
Logan arrived on time and he was very courteous. I just needed a ac maintenance check. Logan explained everything he was doing and why and offered suggestion to help maintain my ac unit. This is the second year in a row that I have sought out Accutemp for my annual ac maintenance. Well done once again. Thank you Logan.
Travis came out to our house to do a routine tune-up and maintenance check on our HVAC system. He was excellent! I appreciated his professionalism and service-minded approach when answering my questions and offering suggestions. Thank you!
WARNING!!!! I called Accutemp because my furnace stopped working. A Tech stopped by and was in the basement for 25 minutes and said I need a new furnace. He said my American Standard Furnace was old and they don't make parts for this model anymore. He called his boss and he gave me a quote of $4400.00 for a new furnace with installation. I told them I would think about it. ACCUTEMP charged me an $80.00 service fee. It was 20 degrees that night but the next day I got a second opinion from another company and the tech was in the basement for ten minutes and told me that I needed a switch. So he took the old switch off and came back with a new switch. So now I have heat. Its been 5 days and not a problem. The new tech also told me the history of my furnace. The new tech told me that he thinks my furnace is not that.old. Good information being I bought the house 2 years ago and didn't know that. I never told the new tech that someone was there before him. I promise he told me that other companies may have came in here and said I need a new furnace and took my 90% efficient furnace and sold it to someone else. i’m sorry this is so long but I have used ACCUTEMP on my residential rental property as well as my house that I’ve sold before. So I will never use Accu temp again.
Our Tech Clark did an amazing job! I was super impressed with how thorough he was. He explained everything in detail and had us up and running in 10 minutes. I would recommend them to anyone needing help quickly. I'm definitely using Accutemp for years to come.
Our furnace was not kicking on correctly. The previous homeowners recommended AccuTemp (4 years ago) and left their contact info on the HVAC Unit. I called them up and Mike (service technician) was able to quickly identify the issue and fix it in no time. Great service, knowledgeable technician, all-around great experience! Will definitely reach back out if we run into any further heating/cooling issues.
I've used Accutemp twice now for preventative maintenance and cleaning of my HVAC systems. Both times the technicians were extremely thorough and spent an extended period of time cleaning my units. It was worth the $49 to have someone do this for me rather than take apart the units myself and attempt to clean them. My house was noticeably cooler after the cleaning.
