    My experience with technician was great because Nate came in and went straight to work, found the issue and repaired it. No problem. The only problem I have is with the administration. I was without heat for 4 days, not good. I had to contact them to say hey when is someone coming!!! Then they were very vague with answers. Overall, when they arrive to your house, it's all good đź‘Ť.

    My technician, Roman, was phenomenal!! He found the problem and did not hesitate to fix it. He also informed me on different options for a better HVAC system. If this company had more Romans, there wouldn’t be a need for reviews because it would be all 5 stars all the time!

    What a professional Roman was today. Called in advance, was right on time and serviced my furnace. He was very knowledgeable and polite. He offered several tips and went over and above the call. I would not hesitate to have Roman return to install a new system if needed.

    Our furnace stopped running on Wednesday. I placed a work order with our home warranty company. That afternoon I received a call from Fast Response Services saying they could have a technician out on Thursday. Fantastic!

    Roman arrived, diagnosed the problem, and quickly replaced the ignitor.

    The only downside was scheduling is entire day. I work from home so this was ok. If I worked out of the home it would have been more difficult.

    I called Fast Response Heating and Cooling to fix my AC because it wasn't working. They came in the morning, did a quick inspection, and got the AC up and running by 2pm. They were fast, reliable, and very good at what they do.

    Should be renamed Rude Response. They sent a guy out to inspect our duct work He complained about having asthma, so didn't do a complete inspection. He said he would order what we needed and get back with us. When we reached back out, the extremely rude, yelling woman said that the "inspector" had said nothing was wrong, and kept yelling over my wife before hanging up. We will also be reporting them to our home warranty company, as well as the Better Business Bureau. Good job, losers.

    Roman was fantastic. I would highly recommend him. He was very dependable, knowledgeable and kind. He explained everything to us and made it very easy. If only all technicians were like him!

    Called through our home warranty service, Nate was a great technician, very friendly and professional and seemed like he really wanted to help. The people who work at the front desk and the scheduling team are absolutely horrible and do not get back to you when they say they will and they're very rude. My house has been 90 plus degrees for the past 5 days and now I have to wait another week for them to come out because a senior technician needs to install. 10 out of 10 would not recommend going through them again.
