Corey came out and cleaned the unit and checked all the electrical components.

Anthony and the other "Scientechs" were truly fantastic. Anthony was able to come by the house the day I called to complete a diagnosis and he'd identified the issue and found the leak in our internal coil in about 20 minutes or so.

About 10-15 minutes later he had a proposal written up with 3 options in order from least to most expensive and then went through all those options with us answering all our questions. We opted to replace our system instead of repairing the old one so that it would have a warranty and be more energy efficient.

We also used to have one room in the house that would stay hotter than all the others and Anthony helped us indentify a solution for how we could keep that room cooler by adding another vent. He explained where we should put the vent and said they could take care of that at the same time they installed the new system...so we had that done too.

He also helped identify a wiring issue with my thermostat, which required running a new cable, and said they would fix that as well and they did.

He set the installation appointment for 8 AM the day after diagnosing everything. The crew showed up on time...were very professional...and worked quickly. It didn't seem like they were there very long at all when Anthony told me they were finished.

We then reviewed all the work they had done...he gave us our paperwork and warranty info and said to call anytime if we had any additional follow up questions. All-in-all it was a great experience and I would HIGHLY recommend Element Air Company and their team of "Scientechs" to anyone needing HVAC service.

We had the team install a mini split in a second floor location of our home that was very difficult to reach. Very happy with the prompt service and quality installation and product!

Codey & Corey came out today to do HAVAC system maintenance. & found some problems that I wouldn’t never knew. Im glad I’m a member. They both are very professional. I highly recommend Element Air.
