A+ Derr Heating & Cooling

Recently had a new HVAC system installed. Overall, I had a good experience with this company from the sales advisor (Brad Crabtree) to the service technicians (Jordan and Matt (x2)). The service took longer than expected but it was in a crawl space and there was a lot for the technicians to navigate. I appreciate each members kindness and willing to explain the process of installation. So far, the system works great!

Got a couple quotes from different competitors. Received a quote from Brad Crabtree at A+Derr. When the estimate did not reach, my expectation, we were able to meet in the middle. Matt & Caleb just left. New AC & furnace system. I received High quality work, at an affordable cost, from an honest, dependable, reputable company. Glad I went with A+!

Had them come out and install an HVAC for me. Techs were nice and polite at time of install. But they had to come back due to the vent pipe sagging then they moved it by breaking out a window in my basement and running it through there. Now my condensation drain freezes never experienced this before and worst of all they ran my refrigerant line across my laundry shoot. They said they would come back out to look at it but that was two years ago. Something tells me their not coming back.

Matt and Caleb arrived on time…on a Saturday for full install. Very courteous and mannerly. Protected house with plastic on carpet. Explained the work and instructed on system. Great experience!

It’s only been 5hrs since installation has been completed and tested thoroughly we are as of this moment very pleased! Stephen was super knowledgeable, polite, and most of all great to have installing our equipment! We received quotes from several companies and even though A+Derr came in on the high side I think we made the best choice! They were also the only company that sat down with use and explained each all of options and recommendations! Super happy we found these guys this Far! Will update in 6mo

Professional, polite, and clean. Knowledgeable about the products that were installed. I got a lot of estimates, but the Lennox system that I got here, just wasn't matched by anyone else.

Worked with Brad C to set up an install, super informative and transparent and friendly. Matt Y and Chad did the install, very professional and efficient, everything is running smoothly in the house. Incredibly quick turn around time.

Jeremiah was at my home to do a A/C system check that I have them come for heating check later. Jeremiah is an outstanding young man. He was very knowledgeable and answered all my question We talked about a new energy replacement system, water heater and vent cleaning. I will get back with him soon.

Matt Stinson and his assistant Joe did an excellent job installing our new heating & cooling system. Both guys were very professional and courteous. Very knowledgeable of the product, and walked up through the operation of the system. Hats off to these two gentlemen
