Cody and his team at Air Comfort of KY are good people. They sell a quality product (Trane) backed by good knowledge technicians. Mindy the receptionist is a joy to speak with when scheduling appointments for preventative maintenance or emergencies. A great team all around. I’ve been a customer for five plus years and expect to stay with them well into the future. Give them a try, you’ll be glad you did.

We've used Air Comfort for the last year for servicing of our HVAC system. Any time we've needed them to come make any diagnosis and repairs, they have been super professional and efficient. We take advantage of their maintenance plan which has truly come in handy. They help maintain the health of our system and it runs beautifully year-round. Brian L came out today for our AC tune-up and was great. He even gave my dog plenty of attention as she pestered him with toys in the yard. Great company with a phenomenal team of experts. Highly recommended.

I texted and got a call back in 15 minutes at 10:00 AM. The technician was available and came out to my house at 12:15. Chad was professional and courteous and fun chat with! It was diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes! It was fast, efficient and really low cost! What a great company and I will for sure only call them for the future! Reliable, efficient, courteous, on time and budget friendly--Go with this company, you won't be disappointed!!!

Brian was professional, on-time, and very personable. We have a 1 year old who happened to be napping at the time and he respectfully tried to be as quiet as possible, while doing his work. Customer service is the sole reason I use this company. Can’t ask for better service or techs. Air comfort and their employees are second to none.

Over the past few years, I have had the opportunity to receive several services from Air Comfort of KY. They kept my very old system functional as long as possible and then provided replacements. I’m now enjoying their maintenance service and have been very pleased. The technicians are professional and knowledgeable.

Brian came out and was on time, very professional and was able to get our unit up and running. This was the 3rd company we had come out and he was the first one to take the time to ensure the issue was addressed. Very impressed.
