Glenn's Commercial Service LLC

Called Glenn's today for a service call for a client. Told they would be there within the hour. No call, no show. Client was extremely upset and it took me 6 hours to hear they never showed. Called the main number and texted the service manager who called me. Again, 6 hours later I find out they never showed up. I have worked with them in the past and this was the worst service I have seen out of them or anyone when there is a store that needs repairs quickly. I will gladly look elsewhere from now on and will recommend to everyone that they do the same.

Honesty and integrity in all interactions is a key component to a business's reputation. I was rear ended by one of Glenn's employees with my children in the car. The employee was very honest, cordial, and apologetic after the accident. Glenn's insurance company has been, all things considered, an absolute pleasure to work with to cover my damages.
However, after their insurance company performed their investigations and obviously deemed their driver responsible, someone at Glenn's had the nerve to "dispute" my claim without providing any logical reason, followed by not responding to their own insurance's requests for inquiry into their dispute, and then filing a claim against my insurance for coverage of their damages from them hitting me (which was immediately denied). Eventually, it was once again confirmed that their driver was responsible, and their insurance covered our damages.
Beware Glenn's lack of integrity, and their drivers.

My service technician from Glenn's Ahmad was very professional, he came to my location diagnosed the issue in the cold rain and fixed it asap. I appreciate his work but than that his professional behavior.

Our HVAC System went down at work the other day when we had triple digit heat index numbers. Glenn’s was able to send a tech out the very next morning to fix the issue. Our tech, Ahmad, was excellent. He was very knowledgeable and showed us exactly what the problem was and how to hopefully prevent it from happening again in the future.

I had 3 exhaust fans in my warehouse not working. Ahmad replaced the belts on all 3 and had me back up and running very quickly. Very satisfied with Glenn's Commercial Service

I am a general manager at Thorntons and Ahmad came out to service our deli case today! We been down the whole weekend and he hot it up and running in 15-20 minutes! Thanks for the hard work!

Came into work this morning and my cooler was out!! God forbid we don't have COLD beer!! We called Glenn's and they were right out and got us up and running!!! Thanks to Ahmad for the hard work!! He is the Beer Lover's Hero!!!
