Friendly, but they were friendly while declining a tool return for a tool that functionally didn't work per advertising. We bought this "Jiffy" Tubing bender kit to bend 3/8" line set cleaner and easier. However, despite the boxes claim to be able to bend up to 7/8" soft copper, it flattened our tube.

Associates claimed that you only ever bend 3/8" copper by hand, but if that is the case-- why sell a product that makes claims they know can't be met? They also mentioned the possibility of lubrication while bending with the tool, but the instructions nor box make any mention of lubrication.

Tried to return within 48 hours of purchase, but Winair was only willing to replace broken parts of the tool. They won't accept any tool returns, even if the tool does not inherently work to the minimum functionality of the box label.
