The crew at Element Air took great care of us today. Taylor, Tyler, and Wesley were all very professional. Highly recommend this company and its employees for any of your service needs. 26 y/o a/c and furnace replaced with high efficiency units.

Was looking to replace our HVAC system and Element came through! Spoke with Anthony on a Monday and install was completed by Tyler and Jayden on Friday! Superior work! And super nice guys who were challenged by such a small space to work! Thanks to both of them and Anthony!

Element Air is the best company you can use for your Heating and Air issues, in Feb we had to get whole new system and was a bad freeze coming that night, they work over and got it in that night so we would not have to stay somewhere else and have someone take care of our animals. Today we had an issue and they fit me in and got the issue taken care of. I’m telling you, they ARE the BEST!!

Element Air has always been fantastic! These guys are professional, quick and know what they are doing. I would leave more stars but 5 was the max. We recommend these guys every time. They taught me about proper maintenance while taking care of everything. These guys have helped us out time and time again and they have always tried to fit us into their schedules as soon as possible! 100% recommend!

These folks were impressive from the first interaction all the way through the end. We called Thursday evening, they came out to look at our space and give a quote first thing Friday morning (about a thousand dollars cheaper than any one else), and then showed up Monday morning for the install.

They took the old system out and had the new one mostly installed in about 3 1/2 hours.

It works fantastic and we could tell the difference in our house in about ten minutes!

I set up an appointment for a general cleaning of my unit. The tech, Corey was on time, professional, and made me feel comfortable having him in my home. As a mom of small kids, it's important to know the people you are letting in to your home are trustworthy! I will absolutely be calling them again next time I have any issues with my heating/ air.

Corey was my technician and was fantastic. Bad news on the repairs needed but was very unbiased in paths forward and did everything and more to hunt down my coil manufacturer to see if it’s still in warranty. Ultimately fixed the AC as well but bigger repair is needed in the future and I will definitely be using Element when it’s time.

Jayden was very prompt and professional! We appreciated him very much and his same day service when our AC went out while we were on vacation. We will keep using Element Air!

Price was reasonable and my service-guy Codey has the BEST personality! Updated my A/C until I can afford a new system. Count on me calling you then!
